Very beautiful, well-decorated and quiet place, the staff was really nice and the location is perfect to see Mount Fuji all day.

Our neighbor guests were very dirty and loud, they made a mess in the bathroom and kitchen area.

Words do not suffice for the amazing experience I had at this hostel. The staff is simply superb. The receptionists, the cleansers and staff in general was so lovely, always with a smiling face a a genuine concern in knowing how my day had gone and if there was anything that could be provided in order to make my life simpler. The receptionists were beyond amazing and loving. I’ll certainly come there again year. I highly recommend it. PS: my room was to die for. Super beautiful, big and immaculately decorated and clean. A special thank you to all the receptionists. Breakfast: gorgeous!!!

Posto incantevole. L'ostello si trova sulla strada principale che ha come vista il Monte Fuji. Noi avevamo una camera con bagno in comune. La camera era quella tradizionale giapponese, molto grande e con vista sul giardino. Il bagno super pulito e molto carino. Davvero un posto molto bello e tranquillo. Staff gentile. Posizione ottima. Arrivate alla pagoda chureito a piedi in circa 20 minuti oppure potete noleggiare delle bici. Super consigliato!

The location is perfect; right on the main shopping street with a stunning view of Mount Fuji. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make sure everything went smoothly. The building itself is well-equipped with everything you need and kept very clean.

We stayed in the annex building (not the main building), where the walls are quite thin and sound travels easily. There's a sliding door with a keypad code entry, and every time our neighbors came in during the middle of the night, we'd be woken up by the loud noise of the door opening.
