The location is super, Pratumnak Soi 5, more quiet than central Pattaya,
with many restaurants, bars and massage places along the street to the beach.
And there are 2 markets not far from the building. They provide a good choice of take-out food and fruits and veggies.
Fully kitchen, big fridge, stove and washing machine. Huge TV.
Host Jack is great. He sent detailed instruction on everything possible thing you need.
Jack is very responsive, all questions are answered quickly, and any issues resolved very quickly.
Hotel is bit old and its equipment, but everything functional and working.
Enclosed balcony heats up more than air outside

I liked the balcony view and the pool the most. People and the staff in the accommodation were really friendly and helpful too.

Хорошая просторная светлая квартира, с видом на море и Ко-Лан. Все как в описании. Фото соответствуют. Есть даже перегородка между общей гостинной и спальней с двумя кроватями.
Хорошо оснащенная кухня, посуда в хорошем состоянии, была новая сковорода - даже блины пожарили.
Чистая мебель. Бассейн чистый на территории.
Большая спальня не имеет окна, но нам это было не важно так как целый день находились на море.
К сожалению квартира так расположена, что ночью очень хорошо слышно улицу. И очень шумно от проезжающих байков. Слышно даже в спальне, которая не имеет окон. Если вам важна тишина и вы чувствительно спите - это может вам мешать.
