I loved the location and the view out the window.
The room was bright and clean.
Communication via WhatsApp was amazing.
Safe area to roam around anytime of the day or night.
Noise from the piazza was sometimes an issue. If I closed the window and put the air conditioner on, I couldn’t really close the curtain to block out the light.

The location was amazing! Right in the centre of restaurants and shopping and not far from all the major attractions.

Close to the Colosseum, metro station, bus stations, and many restaurants. Plenty of storage space. Friendly staff. Communication all done through WhatsApp, but staff was responsive during daytime.
Staff was not onsite. The power went out in the middle of the night. So we didn’t have AC and hot water until the next day. The space feels tighter than what’s shown in the picture.

Superbly located aparthotel. The best part about it was this. The host, Alessio, was kind and informative. We checked in by ourselves, but he left very detailed instructions and was responsive to all our requests.
The room itself is not very new. The bathroom was clean but old. After our comfortable stay in Milan, we were not very comfortable here. The room requires renovation. All you pay for is location which is really superb
