Price
Only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 days had to go buy my own. Also a small blanket needed a bigger one.

Good location, close to the centre of town but away from the busy main street, though it is still adjacent to the main road into town. Rooms are comfortable with all the useful facilities. Plenty of food options nearby as well as a small shopping centre.
Rooms have been fairly recently updated which initially sounds good but some of the changes have obviously been done to meet a budget rather than practicality eg vinyl flooring has replaced carpet which probably been done to make for easier cleaning but it means the doors etc have large gaps under them which lets light in and makes the rooms a bit "echoy". Probably the silliest thing was the only available spare power point in the room was directly behind the pillows on the bed, making it essentially useless.

Room is simple, clean, and functional. Decor looks fresh, new, and modern. Microwave and kettle were in good condition. Free bottles of water were a welcome addition.

The place was very clean and fresh, staffs are very friendly, location was handy with safe parking.
Cracks on the wall, and bathroom door, ceiling in the bathroom area was full of tiny death bugs, my son and sister got bit disappointed. Overall it was a beautiful stay.
