Location

- Not clean and dishes left from guests prior to us (outside the room) took several inquiries with reception to get it removed. - Awful sewage smell in the rooms, was told someone would come and check it but never happened - we got upgraded to an ocean view room via booking.com. However no one at reception bothered to inform that there would be a beach party hosted by radisson playing loud music until 02:15….. Would rather have stayed in a “garden” room.

The sea

- too much noise with a party yesterday (Saturday) up to 2 am.  - very bad sewage smell in room.  - shutters not working properly and impossible to close them. We've called reception and promised technician never showed up. - housekeeping service very, very light and no towels nor bed sheet changed.

Hôtel très sale / en mauvaise état. Pas de drap sur le lit à notre arrivée. Des poubelles a à l’abandon dans les couloirs. Des traces de main sur les murs de notre chambre. Les lits noirs de crasse…en plus, tout est l’occasion de se faire 1 euro sur votre dos.

The good parts 1. the resort is airy, lots of nature, very beautiful pool, clean and well maintained 2 . the duration of breakfast is very long from 6.30-11, very good variety 3 very good wifi throughout the resort 4. very good staff 5 . the beach is very beautiful, the terrace from the beach is very very beautiful bed stuff 1 . we were accommodated in a bungalow, it is never 5 stars, the door to the terrace with a broken handle, the hammock you simply cannot sit in it, the fastening is not done well, the walls are quite dirty, in the shower if you take the lid off the siphon to drain the water, there was an unbearable sewer smell, the bathroom door was very swollen from the water 2. lack of a small playground for children, lack of a slide in the small pool 3. dinner too expensive €40 per person, for me one is not worth €40, the desserts were good 4. somewhat expensive prices at the bar 5. bed sheets, pillows are not 5 stars very bad

excellent location, good for surfing. There is kid’s’ room where you may leave your kid for 3 hours for free with stuff. I like food but the same meals were different all the time (volume, what’s inside, taste). Good swimming pool area, kid’s trampoline, billiards. There is a pedestrian road near the sea between 2 cities where you can have an evening walk for coffee or to enjoy sunset. Stuff is very friendly. Good surfing school .

We lived in an apartment. After cleaning we randomly didn’t have towels, soap, water and etc. There was dark, no place to dry swimming suits. It the middle of our stay we got a coffee machine (we didn’t get if it was a mistake or we might have it from the beginning). Patio area for apartments were extremely dirty as well as an open roof floor where ideally can be excellent zone for sunbathing. No places nearby to eat or buy food except the hotel restaurant. We went to sauna and it was a nice experience. The sauna room is hot and good but no place to chill after, no drinking water (it’s necessary for sauna). So you don’t know where to relax while you’re there.
