Jivanta Shirdi

Room hygiene was exemplary. The check-in process was hassle-free. The Manager on Duty Mr Dibyajyoti was very courteous and an excellent promoter of Jivanta Marigold. Makes guests feel at ease. The car arrangement for drop and pick up from the temple is an excellent facility indeed. Could probably have a dedicated number to call for pick up from the temple. Food provided in the restaurant was nice. A staff member Mr Jeevanantham was so kind enough to make us feel at ease and guide us for the darshan in Shirdi temple. My special appreciations to both Mr Dibyajyoti and Mr Jeevanantham.

The room that i stayed - the shower room has the slope in the opposite direction for water flow. Should be corrected. Water is flowing back towards us to a different drain point. The drain point directly under the shower does not serve the purpose. Food was good but could be more tasty. The sambhar provided was more of tamarind than dhal. Similarly the restaurant could not provide a decoction based black coffee even if we are ready to order and wait. Could be looked into.

Nice location, pleasant and very nice staff taking care of guests.

Absolutely amazing service, clean and tidy rooms , very helpful staff . I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.
