Fantastico, condominio con vista sull'oceano all'ultimo piano. La posizione è incredibile - a pochi passi dal lungomare di Carolina Beach ea pochi passi dalla spiaggia. Questa casa vacanza si trova appena fuori dal trambusto del Boardwalk, la spiaggia qui è più tranquilla e meno affollata. Situato in posizione strategica vicino a molte delle principali attrazioni di Pleasure Island / Wilmington. Sotto una nuova gestione: l'interno di questo condominio ha ricevuto un mini-rinnovamento (vernice fresca, arredamento aggiornato e lenzuola nuove). Interni luminosi, puliti e moderni. Svegliati con albe spettacolari sull'oceano. Rilassati comodamente dai tuoi balconi privati. Fai attenzione ai delfini sorseggiando un caffè e giocando a cribbage. Il solarium è perfetto per prendere il sole o cenare all'aperto. Ci sono comodi posti a sedere per tutti gli ospiti. Due parcheggi fuori strada. Camera matrimoniale con balcone vista canale, letto matrimoniale e bagno privato. Una seconda camera deluxe ha una doppia su un letto a castello pieno. Adatto alle famiglie, ci rivolgiamo ai più piccoli degli ospiti (giocattoli da spiaggia / per bambini, seggiolone per bambini ecc.).
Servizi: il nostro obiettivo è lasciare le preoccupazioni a casa; forniamo lenzuola, asciugamani, sedie a sdraio e molti extra (richieste di telefono / e-mail accolte). The place was perfect. Quaint, clean, beautiful views to beach and marina, ideal location. The host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommended

This was our third stay at this home, which is right on the ocean where you can see and hear the waves day and night. Out the back window you can see the inlet with its little harbor.
The home has everything we need for a week's stay. The beds are clean and comfy, plentiful towels, etc., and lots of TV channels.

Was an amazing stay. Clean. Great view!! Beach access out back door. Supplies in closet under place stocked with chairs, boogie boards and sand toys.
Short walk to boardwalk and dining.
Love it!! Will stay again!!

Would definitely stay here again. Keep in mind it is on the third floor, so there are quite a few stairs. Very satisfied with our stay.

This condo was wonderful, very clean, very homey and just WOW at the balcony views.
Just a few minor suggestions/problems we ran into during our stay. 1. STEPS, we knew it would be tough going up 3 flights but with luggage, groceries etc. it was a battle. 2. the master bedroom tv did not work. This wasn't a huge issue but it seemed as if the tv cable box was not getting any signal. 3. We wish the balcony had other seating options. Table for eating/drinking and regular chairs. 4. the stove screen for temps and times was going out. it was not legible.
Again, just listing these items to inform. This place was great and we would stay here again in the future. Very reasonable pricing, great location too!!

Cute condo with a great location. 3 flights of stairs weren’t really a hassle, especially when you saw the view from your deck. It would’ve been awesome to have a table and chairs on the deck for sunrise breakfast/coffee, but we survived with the really nice loungers. The bed and linens were comfortable and the washer and dryer were convenient, but I really wish the condo had been cleaner.

This condo was perfect for our family vacation. It was so nice not to have to worry about packing linens or beach toys and chairs. It is also close enough to walk to the boardwalk, but far enough away from the high-traffic area.
The view from the balcony was amazing. It is on the 3rd floor so be prepared to walk up several flights. A table and chair on the balcony would have been nice on the balcony to eat dinner in the evenings, but we still enjoyed the view.

The property is conveniently located within walking distance of boardwalk and many restaurants. Groceries are a 5 minute drive away. The beach was just steps away. The lifeguards patrolled extremely well. Overall it is a good property for a quieter vacation. It is a third floor unit so just need to be mindful of how heavy you pack or how much you carry because three flights of stairs is a challenge if you are not used to the climb.

Needs to be modernized. Good location. The 4 flights of stairs with no cooling make it a very hot climb. No pool and terrible parking. Do not bring a full size truck or SUV. Host was awesome

My family of five had a great stay in Carolina Beach, we could watch the pelicans fly by over the waves, and saw the occasional dolphin from the deck too! A quick walk to ice cream and restaurants and easy access to the State park. The apartment itself wasn't as clean as we would have preferred, very dusty with lots of food crumbs in the cupboards and dirty dishes, but otherwise our stay was great!

Had a wonderful time. Everyone we met was very nice. Weather was beautiful. Deck is dreamy. Lots of recent updates to the residence. Look for the dolphins! We saw them almost everyday!

Owner is great and everything we needed was there. Beware that there are quite a few stairs but the view cannot be beat. Would rent here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The property is at a great location and recent bath upgrades are very nice. We liked the comfortable lounge chairs on the balcony instead of the tall uncomfortable chairs and tables most places have now. Adele was very accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend this place.

The condo was great. Perfect location, easy to find, within walking distance to several things we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, linens were soft and in good shape.
The kitchen supplies could be amped up though. The nonstick skillets were in poor shape and the knives were dull. The general cleanliness of the condo was subpar but not the worst ever. I would have liked to sweep up our own messes, but I didn’t find a broom. We found the previous occupants left over taco shells in the oven.
The outdoor closet was a nice option as it kept us from having to bring all our sandy beach things inside.
All in all I was pleased. Thanks a for a great stay!

Arriving we saw that the property was ill maintained and filthy. I called the property manager and she asked the cleaning person to come and correct the problem. Re arriving it was noted that everything was as it was when we left , dirty ! Spoke to the manager again who apologized but didn't remedy the situation and said she would give us the cleaning fee back , NEVER HAPPENED !
On the last night of the stay I had to kill a gigantic cockroach in the bathroom !
The location is the only thing beneficial about this property other than that I would give it 0 stars. We are not hard to please however the state of the rental was unacceptable.

Great location, close to everything, beach wasn't as crowded as some areas (which was nice). 3rd floor with 6 flights of stairs was a challenge but we made it. Door leading out to balcony was the hardest door ever to open and close, needs some work. Overall the place was nice, it just needs a good cleaning. Whoever clean the condo doesn't do a good job.

This condo was perfect for us. Comfy, cozy, lovely views, and we LOVED sunbathing on the deck. We were lucky with the weather this December! Easy access to the beach, room for everyone. Clean and tidy. Property manager was so kind and easy to communicate with! We will be back, for sure!

The carpet in the stairway was nasty. Luckily the bathrooms were clean when we arrived, but the rest of the condo could use a good scrubbing. Communication with the property manager prior to our stay was fine, but the day before we were scheduled to checkout, the cleaning person let herself into the condo. She had been told that we were checking out that day. Once we provided confirmation of our dates, she apologized and left. Nice lady. It was just unnerving to have her appear in the doorway. The condo has beautiful views of the ocean and canal and easy ocean access.

We love being so close to the ocean, to gaze out over the front deck to the crashing waves, and then the view out the back to the boats coming in and out of the harbor. Just lovely. I we love the new deck!
