A great hotel, on a perfect beach and a quiet island. Jeff, (the owner) is friendly, and will gladly explain the ins and outs of Moyo Island. The food is great, we especially enjoyed the beef Randang and the Chicken Cashew. The pool is nice, and the snorkeling in front of the hotel is one of the best I've seen.
Overall, we fell in love with the place, especially the cosy sofa in front of the sunset. We moved from another hotel to come here, and would advise anyone first to come to Moyo, then to stay there.
Facilities is something of an issue. It's to be expected in a place as remote as this, but hot water or toilets that flush would have been nice. No wifi, but cell coverage is great.

Nos encantó habernos quedado en los sunset bungalows, levantarse y estar sobre el mar.. una experiencia perfecta. 3 noches que quedan para el recuerdo.
Todo perfecto

Lovely bungalow, with a nice reef to snorkel right in front of it. Healthy corals, turtles, mantis shrimp, rays, a reef shark were all spotted. Sunset beers. Lovely staff., and the manager, Dini, speaks very good English. They accept Wise transfer for paying for food and drink. Located in a nice village and close to the ferry pier.
A charming restaurant/cafe is part of Sunset Bungalows. One night there was a group of backpackers with a very bad taste in music, cranking it up. I appreciate that the management needs to balance the interests of all guests. But at some stage they may need to decide which type of tourist they want to mainly cater to.

Fab location
The rooms have floorboards with gaps which can harbour mosquitoes and flying ants. There are other gaps in the walls too.
Not all beds have mosquito nets and it can be miserable to be eaten at night.

"Struttura in stile tradizionale in posizione fantastica, molto curata nei particolari. Staff pronto ad aiutarmi in un momento di difficoltà
Però bisogna valutare che non esiste un ATM per il prelievo ..."
