Fantastic location, literally next to Central Station but amazinly quiet. A short walk in the other direction was the old style tram line which was well worth exploring on. The apartment was very comfortable with great air conditioning. We were asking to provide our ID a couple of days before arriving. We then received instructions on how to get to the property. To enter the front door you press a link provided on the email.
Nothing it was all good.

Very convenient to Milano Centrale, one of the reasons we chose the property
Nothing, it was all lovely.

The location is really good if you want to stay near the Central Station.
The cleanliness - the apartment was dirty! We had to buy cleaning stuff to clean the toilet to be able to use it, otherwise it was just disgusting. When paying 70 euros as a cleaning fee, we expected at least clean toilet and shower...
