The condo is beautiful and pool and beach are.kively. Stayed here with our 6 year old and is was perfect! The owners are super lovely and responsive!

Beautiful newly renovated condo. Both husband & wife were very responsive. Great beach and reef access as well as great pool and swim up bar. Easy walk to many great restaurants. Highly recommend!

This condo is perfectly located within steps to the beach/pool/bar and walking distance to food and shopping. The condo is very clean, comfortable and updated. Host is very responsive and even drove us to the airport. Definitely want to go back.

One of my best vacations. Condo is great and close to beach and pool. Campbell was a great host. After two weeks we still were not ready to leave.

We had such a great week and cannot say one negative thing about the whole experience. We had debated on renting a car, but was unnecessary as the restaurants are walking distance, or you can hop on the bus for only $2.50 if you want to venture further. We especially loved the food at Peppers, which is only about a 5 min walk. The beach is just a few min walk right outside the condo and is absolutely beautiful. There was always a chair and umbrella available for us. Snorkeling in the cove was great, but we also recommend hopping on a bus and checking out Spotts beach to snorkel with sea turtles in their natural environment. We also recommend Captain Marvin’s excursions to check out Stingray City and go snorkeling at the reef. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and Campbell was an amazing host. He helped us out by taking us to the grocery store the first day, and then we were set for the week!! We highly recommend booking with Campbell!

Clean, everything we needed was there. Pool and bar and waterfront wonderful. Host came right over took us to store, above and beyond. Washer dryer worked, place was wonderfully cool when we got back from walking, close to restaurants... bar keep was fun!

My family and I loved our vacation in Grand Cayman. The condo was clean and great location. The owner Campbell met us at condo when we arrived. He is really nice and he actually took time out of his day to drive us to downtown to the shops. We will definitely stay there again.

We had a great time in Grand Cayman! This complex is great for young kids with the pool and pool bar/restaurant. The protected beach area is very kid friendly as well!

Big spacious condo on a nicely kept complex. Quiet beach and pool. Walk to shops and restaurants. Campbell the owner was excellent in welcoming us and even drove us to the supermarket. We had a great time and would return.

Cambell was the best Host.. Gave us a ride when needed and shared information of the island as to what to do. Always answered our emails and would rent again with no worries..

I think the best part of this property is the seawall. With all the beach erosion, this seawall has protected maybe 50 feet of beach and creates a very peaceful environment even when the ocean is rough. The pool area is awesome! It's beautiful and relaxing, and the beach bar has good food and drinks. The water in the shower was on the cool side, but Campbell said it was fixed. The unit was great, we used the washer every day, the entertainment situation is great if you need a break from the sun. The stay was great, we will definitely check this unit on our next visit. Thanks Campbell!

Home away from Home in paradise!
This condo exceeded my expectations. It was a hidden gem conveniently located in the heart of 7 Mile Beach with a perfect balance of privacy and amenities. There is a man-made lagoon on the beach that was great for snorkeling. The 2-bedroom/ full living space layout was spacious, clean and well-equipped. The owner was attentive, welcoming, and available for questions. I highly recommend this rental and plan to stay here again when I return to Grand Cayman!

My wife and I honeymooned in Cayman 25 years ago, so when it can to Family vacation this year we choose Cayman again. This time we brought the kids. The condo was a great place for the family clean, bright and all the amenities. Campbell was great and very accommodating. We had a great vacation and I would definitely book again.

Awesome 7 mile beach condo
This was an awesome condo on 7 mile beach. Great condo, great location and great owner. I am going to get this place again soon before anyone else can get it! The best VRBO experience ever. And I have rented on VRBO for over a decade. You can crawl to the beach from the condo. Restaurants and activities are within 5 to 10 minutes from the condo. But I should keep my mouth shut because I want this condo again soon and don't want too much competition!!

What a great visit to the Caymans!!
My wife and I as well as our 2 friends couldn't have been more pleased with our stay in the Cayman Islands. As I was stepping off the plane, Campbell was already giving me a call to ask if we needed transportation to their condo and if we knew our way there since we were driving.
The condo was in terrific condition and everything was as advertised. We loved the location as it was close to so many restaurants and bars that we wanted to visit. The pool was amazing as was the swim up tiki bar. We loved how it was attached to Margaritaville and you have access to their pool and another bar as well.
My wife and I have already discussed coming back with our kids because we realized how kid and family friendly everything was during our stay. When we come back to the Caymans I know exactly where we are going to book and that's with Campbell!!

Great location, easy walking to tons of restaurants, shopping, other hotels and public beaches. Catching the public bus is easy and cheap. Condo was clean with plenty of room for 4. Large balcony with a drying rack for all the wet stuff. Bring water shoes. The beach is sandy, but a little ways out is rocky, perfect for snorkeling. We noticed it’s the same even farther down the beach as well. If I have any complaint it would be the kitchen needs more cooking supplies, (i..e. baking dishes and cookie sheets and it needs a large coffee pot) BUT that is a far reach! I would stay here again and again!

Cayman Condo
I stayed here in April. The condo is great for the price. The owner made it easy to check in and out. It's 100 yards to the water! Now being next to Margaritaville, you get the added amenities of a resort with the conveniences of a condo. The property is peaceful. We walked to restaurants, shopping and strolled down 7 Mile Beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!
Property owner was responsive and accommodating. Condo is in a truly great location on 7 mile beach and having access to the amenities of Margaritaville was fantastic. Condo could use some minor updates with the flooring and closet doors, but it was just what we needed for a great stay. I would definitely book again!

We enjoyed the central air, easy-to-operate sliding glass doors, furnishings, coffee maker, snorkel equipment, plenty of towels & more. This is perfect location at the Seven-Mile Beach and adjacent to Margaritaville. We enjoyed the Margaritaville lobby, restaurant, beach, shopping, and bakery. Parking was very easy. Owner communication, check-in, and access were fantastic. We would definitely stay here again.

Very enjoyable week
The condo is spacious and has everything we needed. Campbell and Renata are very friendly and helpful. When the blender died, they had a new one here the same afternoon. The pool and hot tub at Margaritaville are a short walk from the condo. We never had trouble getting chairs or an umbrella at the beach and the cove at the beach keeps the water fairly calm but there his still access to the reef outside of the cove for snorkelling. The couple we went with have stayed at different resorts nearby in the past and said they were very pleased with this partly since this was a half the cost of the resorts. The preloaded cell phone was a nice touch also. Thanks Campbell and Renata.

Great Location
The apartment is in a great location. You are able to walk to many restaurants, Camana Bay, and you have all the amenities of Margaritaville. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment comes equipped with snorkel gear, towels and a cell phone. Campbell was very quick to respond and allow us to check in early. I would definitely return.

Perfect place for a family of 5
Our first stay at a vrbo or Airbnb and we have no complaints. Everything was exactly as it was pictured. The unit had plenty of space for our family of 5, including a baby. She had a pack n play crib, plenty of space to crawl, they had toys and a high chair. Washer, dryer, dishwasher etc.
The unit is a 1-2 minute walk to the beach and 3 pools. The Cove was perfect for our bigger kids to play in the ocean. They could run to the pools or back to the room and use the keypad to get snacks. Never had problems getting chairs. They had plenty of pool toys, snorkel gear in the unit. There are security guards constantly roaming around.
You can go to the front desk of the hotel and give them a credit card to get a ‘room number’ to make charges at the pool bar or restaurants on site. (No other condos can say that). Also at the front desk, you can book waverunners, banana boat rides etc, just need to walk 5 mins to the Marriott to pick up. (FYI-the Marriott has no beach and the pool deck is way overcrowded)
Don’t really need a car, plenty to do in less than a 15 min walk. Caymana Bay shopping and restaurants. We loved the Lobster Pot and Casanova’s, both in town. And the Sunshine Grill at the Sunshine suites across from the Westin.
I even broke the coffee pot the first night, the next day Renata brought us a replacement and refused to let me pay for it.
Is this the Ritz Carlton, no obviously not, but a 2 bedroom at the Ritz is almost 10 times money as much and it’s a mile walk to the beach. Next time we come back to Cayman, we’ll give Campbell and Renata a call.

Campbell was a very nice and responsive host. His condo is very well kept and nicely maintained. The beds were comfortable, too.

Great location, very comfortable, clean condo
We just returned from a 9 day vacation over the Christmas holiday, where we stayed in unit 207. We can't say enough positive things and we will definitely return!! Perfect location: convenient to restaurants and shopping. The pool, hot tub and beach are just steps away and wonderful places to relax. We had drinks at the pool side bar a couple of times. Ate at XQ's 3x (which is next door), including Christmas Day, where there is great food and drinks and exceptional service. The condo had everything we could possible need...extra bath towels, beach towels, kitchen utensils, toilet paper, washer/dryer, dishwasher, etc. The unit was clean and comfortable and the air conditioner and fans kept the unit at a perfect temperature. Thanks so much!!

Home Away From Home in Paradise
I can’t say enough about how much we loved our stay. Campbell has been an incredible host. My parents wished to express additional thanks to him for going above and beyond to help them get settled. Thank you so much! As for the apartment - it was better than described. I thought from the pictures it would be smaller but it is beautiful and spacious. Everything is clean and well maintained. The location is perfect. Steps away from a private cove on 7 mile beach with all the amenities of the Matgaritaville Resort and yet its quiet and feels like home. The only downside I can find is having to leave.

Great Condo, Fantastic Location and Amenities
We stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The condo was comfortable and had a great layout. It was extremely convenient (less than a 30 second walk to the pool and beach), and Campbell was very responsive and helpful. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas both by the pool and on the beach. This stretch of beach is pristine, and the cove created by the rocks makes it perfect for swimming. Our toddler loved the pool and the beach, and we can't wait to return!
