Kein Fenster, man lebt praktisch in der Sauna, die Belüftung funktioniert nur über den Gang, in dem das Personal 24/7 sitzt und lautstark YouTube Videos glotzt. Das Haustelefon klingelt circa 845 mal am Tag. Vor der Tür das übliche Chaos Indiens.

The breakfast provided was not sufficient . Only 2 puris or 2 idlis was provided . For the amount of money paid , it was insufficient.

The receptionist and people working in the hotel are very helpful and kind. The hotel is clean and comfortable. But I have to say that the pics aren't the reality.

I think all the hotels in Mumbai are overvalued. For the price, this one is very nice, but it's still expensive if you compare the facilities and all. The kitchen it's in the first floor and when the breakfast starts this floor is very noisy.

I reported comments to the FabHotel about inconsistencies and untruths in what was in the offer and what was in the specifications of offered room on booking.com platform. The hotel informed me that if I feel cheated, Booking com as my source of information and data, not FABhotel, is responsible for false information provided to customers, so I must direct my claims to boking com. It is not true what is included and described on Booking.com pages a/ the room did not have the required area as specified in the description. I specially ordered a triple room so that its area would be larger than other rooms. However, the real m2 was much smaller ( maybe 13-15 m2 ) b/ General problem - Not Acceptablde - There was no WINDOW in the room. Which is unacceptable for guests who have claustrophobia, i.e. staying in a room without windows, without daylight, with artificial lighting all the time. The description included a note: view of the city, which indicates that there is a WINDOW in the room!!!. And that was a lie. c/ there was no Internet available in the room (the description included information about the Internet in the room), I could only connect to the Internet in the lobby, which, considering my needs, excluded the possibility of using the room if I needed to use the Internet. d/ No room for breakfast at the hotel. I had the option with breakfast included. But I was informed that there is no room where breakfast is served but breakfast is delivered to the room?? (room services). However, it is impossible to eat a normal breakfast in the room if there are no chairs and a table. To my comments, I received the answer that I could sit on the bed and eat breakfast with the tray on my lap. From my and my wife's perspective, this is not acceptable because I don't eat with my hands and we usually eat breakfast at the table, not lying or sitting on the bed. e/ Coffee maker - a joke,
