The parking space is not quite big enough. It's hard to park especially for big cars.
The room is clean. The temperature is cool enough even without AC. Hot shower is also available.

The staf are so friendly. Take this hotel, you can go arround in Batu. This hotel is in front of Batu Night Spectaculer (BNS). And approx 10 mins to Museum Angkut. Very close to mini market and other restaurants. The room is perfect, very clean and worth it with the price. Even there is no AC or Fan but in Batu quite cold, no worry about it. You can find a good spot for your social media, they have an angel wings in the rooftop.

Very strategic location in front of Batu Night Spectacular. 5min drive by motorcycle to Alun-alun Batu.
You get what you pay. The room was having a bad smell, I pressume by no good circulation. You need to wait, like 5 min, for the hot water to be on, in the bathroom. I was confused finding the receptionist since the signage was small and barely seen.
