The house was set in a secluded garden on three sides, and it was not overlooked. The WIFI was excellent and so easy to log in to. The jacuzzi was a bonus.
The lighting in the kitchen was very poor. The outside lighting was OK, but not good enough to barbecue after dark.

There is a nice garden, with several places to sit and socialize when the weather cooperates. The living room is good size. Easy parking outside. Conveniently located (fabulous bakery, supermarket, attractions). St. Genis is a nice little town. Good wifi.
Many things falling apart, like the living room sofa with stuffing coming out, plates and glasses each from different old set. The only accommodation in France without wine glasses! A very dirty floor, especially in the kitchen. General feel of a cash cow, with zero investment in it for many years. What a shame, it wouldn't cost too much to make it really nice.
