Habe ein Handtuch und Hausschuhe ohne Aufpreis bekommen
Die Rechnungsstellung hat sehr schlecht funktioniert: Am Vorabend der Abreise war die Auskunft: das machen wir morgen früh. Am nächsten Morgen war das Personal nicht in der Lage, die Rechnung vor 8:00 Uhr auszustellen. Im Nachgang hat sich aber ein Mitarbeiter engagiert um die Rechnung (pwer EMail) gekümmert.

The staff were amazing, always happy to help with whatever we needed wether it was borrowing a charging adapter because we forgot to bring one or stealing a cheeky smoke. Couldn’t have been more helpful. The room was nice and clean and facilities were standard.
Maybe a little bit far from the centre but not a big problem as the U-bahn is a 10 min walk away and can get you anywhere in Munich quickly

Un po’ lontana dalla metro, letti scomodi, non c’erano asciugamani e non c’era scritto. Comunque senza pretese

Bed were large and comfortable. Beers were affordable. Nice enough people.
Mens bathrooms were disgusting, no hand soap either. No proper ventilation within rooms and bathrooms. Woke up to a physical fight on the street. 20 min walk away from the station. Walls are very thin. The hostel feels like it's been set up in an abandoned building. Nothing interesting in the area except for a sketchy strip club.

Easy in and out.
A little outside the city, the staff mixed our room up and then gave us the key a little frustrating.

No kitchen, no hot water, no microwave.
The toilet and bathroom are absolutely disgusting, they both stinks to high hell and we have seen a crap in one of the bath. There's only one toilet for at least 30 rooms, which is constantly being use, the sink will always drop boiling hot water before returning to room temperature, my hand got cooked.
There are guest shouting "room service" in the hallway at 3am for 5 mins straight, no staff tried to stop him.
The pillow are not even a pillow, I don't know what it is. Totally no support to my neck, anyone come should bring your own pillow.
I will never book this hostel again.

Staff was very friendly (10/10).
For Subway, use the U2 Moosfeld, it‘s a 10-15 Minute walk but the neighbourhood seems quite safe. (U2 stops also at Hauptbahnhof, and bring‘s you close enough to Theresienwiesn)
A Taxi from Ostbahnhof cost around 25€, depending on traffic.
The showers are very 1980‘s, though clean.
We stayed for Oktoberfest so it was pricey- but the whole city is expensive especially during Oktoberfest so it was no surprise.

It is horrible you get charged 2 euros for a towel , the staff is rude and unwilling to solve any problems presented
