Abbiamo fatto molta attenzione a garantire che il vostro soggiorno sia di altissima qualità, massimo divertimento e massimo relax. La nostra casa a tre piani ha arredi di alta qualità in ogni stanza. Ci sono spazi segmentati se dovessi scegliere di avere orari separati per adulti e bambini, tempi tranquilli come coppie su piani diversi o addirittura dividersi per interesse. C'è anche uno spazio comune più che sufficiente per riunirsi tutti come un grande gruppo.

Vivrai il meglio della vita familiare durante la tua vacanza nell'Estes Park, la porta d'ingresso al Parco Nazionale delle Montagne Rocciose. La nostra casa si trova su Prospect Mountain vicino a Mary's Lake. C'è una grande sala giochi al piano inferiore e una camera familiare. Il livello principale ha una cucina aperta / sala da pranzo e soggiorno. Avremo 1 camera da letto King 2 camere da letto queen e 1 con due letti queen size. Ci sono tre camini a legna per mantenere le cose accoglienti in caso di tempo freddo. C'è anche un garage per gli ospiti.

This house was amazing! Plenty of room very well stocked for cooking. Great location not far from town. Steve was very responsive to my questions. Would definitely book again!!

This home was perfect for our family of 7. There was plenty of space and games/activities for the children. The location is great and close to downtown and the National Park. The house was clean and we saw elk just about every day.

We booked this property because we were in town for a wedding and decided to make a longer vacation out of it. The proximity to the national park was a big factor in our choosing this property.
The grandkids liked the ping pong table, basketball hoop and games. The adults liked the views.
The house was in very good shape. The pictures on the website are accurate.
One hint for future guests. If you are planning on going into the park, you'll need a timed entry pass in addition to a park pass to get in. The info you'll need is on the park website.

The location of the house is very good, with quick access to Estes Park ad to the Beaver Meadows entrance to RMNP. There are nice views of the surrounding ridges, although none of snow packed peaks. The house is well equipped and served our family of seven well.

Our family of 8 had a wonderful stay on Prospect Mountain in this house! The house had plenty of room, the spaces were great, however, we ended up spending most of our time around the kitchen/living area. Great communication with host, house was clean and updated, very convenient to RMNP and Estes shopping. We were very comfortable and made great memories! Thanks!

The house served well for what we needed. We had family fly in from East coast for my son’s wedding. The location was ideal and as far as bedrooms and other sitting areas, we had ample space! Even the extras they had available, i.e., paper towels, shampoo & soap, even ground coffee!

I led a photo workshop based at the house, and it was a great spot, and worked great for our needs. On the backside of the mountain, so it was a quick trip to the park entrances without having to fight downtown Estes traffic. Will likely book again!

We had the absolute best stay! Plenty of room for our family of 6, perfect location minutes from downtown Estes and RMNP. Had everything we needed to make meals and it was perfect in every way!

The house is ideally located......away from the bustle of Estes Park, but a short drive in to shops and restaurants. Also a short drive to many trailheads. Plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen, lots of towels and paper supplies, wonderful deck where we could relax after a long day of hiking. We had a great stay..

Great place for 2 families to get together and have a wonderful time. We’ll appointed. Wood burning fireplaces are great, a little tricky depending on the direction of the wind though! Would stay again for sure

The house was very nice and clean. We had trouble finding it because there were about four streets with the same name. We were using GPS on the phones and couldn't get enough bars to help us.

We were traveling with our adult children. This house is perfect! Very clean. Very modern… Appears to be newly renovated. Stocked with every essential you need and more! The basketball and ping pong were a huge hit. The basement is a very cool area and perfect if traveling with larger groups. The makeup area in the master is very nice. There are two bedrooms on the muddle floor and two bedrooms on the top level. Everything was very nice. There are also great views from the decks!!! The location is excellent. Great view of the mountains but close to downtown Estes and RMNP. Prompt responses to any questions from property manager.

Family Vacation in Estes Park
We loved this property and the location was fantastic to enjoy Estes Park, RMNP, and still get a little bit of peace and quiet. Our family of 8 fit very comfortably in the house with plenty of room to spread out. Wifi worked great, pictures and amenities were exactly as described, and the views were very nice. Kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils and cookware, essentials like TP were great, and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed our stay and would choose this location again.

I can not say enough about our stay at this property. Our extended family stayed for 4 nights and we all loved the house so much. It was so clean and there were so many extra features that made our stay so convenient. Our group had people ages 59-18 months. There are two flights of stairs but a gate or door at the top of each set of stairs. I can’t tell you how much we appreciated the pack and play, high chair, ping pong table, and fully equipped kitchen with basic spices. The bedding was very comfortable and the house is updated inside and so much space. We loved seeing deer outside our window daily-one day it was 13 deer at once. This house would be perfect for families or for groups that may like their own space at times. I also messaged Steve with a question before our stay and he got back to me very quickly. There are books to read, board games to play, outdoor games and a grill on site. We loved it and ate at the house most nights to enjoy the beautiful scenery, grill and play games. Downtown Estes as about a 10 minute drive and it is just a short drive to RMNP.

We stayed at this property with my kids and their grandparents. We all had a great time and loved the location. It is close to town, but you have a great view and wildlife stops by frequently!
