Nothing much to like
Staff was extremely rude and treated us in a very ill manner. Worst experience in a hotel

Value for money. Excellent location on Brigade rd. walking distance to MG Rd metro station.
No water pressure in washrooms. Wasn't rectified even after bringing to their attention.
No TV channels available except free to air. Not rectified till checkout.

The room was very small and they charged us extra money

The washroom was the only thing likeable i guess, even with the size.
What is there to like i mean! Paying 1500 hundred bucks for a room so congested. Then lights not completely working. Weird timer sound in between. Not even proper space to walk from one end of the bed to the other.

Location and privacy. Proximity to all the important places a tourist could wish for. Helping and friendly staff. shopping mall, pubs bars, restaurants, street foods and metro.
traffic noise, TV was not working said signal lost. room no 301. Washbasin had a leaky drainpipe. bathroom exhaust fan was rattling. Room should have more insulation to avoid traffic noise.

Service was very bad. While checking out they told us to clean entire room. We washed the bed sheet cover also.

They charged me 3000inr instead of 1980

All Good nothing to complain about.
Cheated by staff. I was told the cancellation fee for cancelling a cab was 250 rupees when the trip fare was around 180 Rupee.
I did not realise it at thar time and reimbursed the so called cancellation fee to the front office.
Hotel itself is good. Staff issue I encountered destroys the reputation of the hotel.

Phenomenal location and room. Great value for the money. It’s not a fancy hotel with extra amenities but the room itself is extremely comfortable. I got a room at the front, with a gigantic window and a view of the church across the street. very functional and comfortable, excellent wifi and location.
No breakfast or kitchen, but plenty of options on Brigade road. Go right when you exit the hotel, walk straight for five minutes and you will hit the streets with all the malls, cafés, shops and bars.
