Spotless, comfortable, provided with everything we needed and/or asked for. This was a transition trip for my daughter who moved into Uni accommodation as an international during the week we spent here. I was able to cook for her and we had a quiet, comfortable place to be whilst we shopped for essentials and moved her in. I will stay again when visiting and highly recommend.

Nothing

Very helpful reception

Poor wi-fi

Appartamento molto bello, letti comodissimi, ben servito

The kitchenette was a nice addition for a family with children to prepare breakfast, dinner and snacks. The accommodation was also very peaceful and the toilet was spacious and clean.

The room itself was spacious, but the furniture was impractical. For example, there was no table to have a meal together with the family. The room was also hot and the windows could not be kept open because smoke from the lower floors came directly into the room. Perhaps the biggest problem was that the room cards stopped working. At the end of the night, I then wondered at the door when no one answered the number that the staff told me would be answered 24 hours a day. Fortunately, I was able to get in with the help of others. Had I been travelling alone, I would have felt panicked. The staff seemed nice, but also gave me conflicting information: one promised that I could do the laundry at the weekend and another refused to let me into the laundry room, even though I had already paid for the laundry.
