Die Lage der Unterkunft ist ideal für einen Aufenthalt in St. Ives, denn in nur wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt im Zentrum bzw. am Strand. Unser Zimmer hatte direkten Blick auf das Meer und auch den Sonnenaufgang konnte man von unserem Fenster aus direkt erleben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Frühstücksraum sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich - wieder mit direktem Blick aufs Meer. Das Service/Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Wir können die Unterkunft zu 100% weiterempfehlen!
Das Zimmer hat unsere Anforderungen erfüllt, es war nur etwas beengt, auch das Bett könnte für 2 Personen etwas größer sein. Aufgrund der Lage direkt neben der Straße war es hin und wieder etwas laut, vor allem wenn man mit offenem Fenster geschlafen hat. Unser Aufenthalt war trotzdem sehr, sehr schön! :-)

The whole experience was perfect so much so we booked an extra night we loved it so much. Breakfast was amazing and the staff were on point. Definitely book a sea view room.

Beautiful period building with fantastic views of the beach and sea.
Smallest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in but the quality and view made up for that.

The location was very good, close to town centre. Parking was also a great advantage.
Stayed for two nights, first morning no waitress to serve breakfast. waitress on second morning was very slow and did not show a lot of enthusiasm, guests waiting considerable time for orders to be taken. Would have liked a non slip matt for showering in the bath as the surface was very slippery. dressing gowns were not very clean, one had stains on the collar.

Very comfortable bed spotlessly clean, air conditioning in room ,easy check in and out , staff are very welcoming
We stayed in room 6 which is on the ground floor next to the breakfast/dining room, which became noisy especially when the restaurant was closing in the evening and first thing in the morning .

The only reason for not giving the property 10/10 was the road noise at night.

Not that it was a big issue as we only had a short stay and didn't spend much time indoors, the room was a bit on the tight side. This wouldn't stop me from booking again though.

The views are fantastic, across the road to the beach and a short walk into the town centre.

Excellent breakfast. Very comfortable and spacious room with very good coffee machine. Good sized bathroom. Very well located close to train station and the centre of town.

The decor was lovely and the breakfast was good.
The room was very stuffy and hot so difficult to sleep. It had air conditioning but did not want to leave it on all night. Basement room facing road so couldn’t open the window.

Everything was lovely from the staff to the room. The communal areas were beautifully designed - a guest lounge would have been a bonus, but the rooms were large (a bonus in St Ives) and the garden was a nice place to sit.
