Anna and her team were really nice and helped us. We needed some extra-towels and they gave it to us. The location is also a bit far from the road but it is quiet and the farm style really gives a nice touch.
Extra bonus: kittens were running around and they were really cute, in the garden.
The room is a bit small and the mattress was a bit old, in my opinion but we could sleep correctly.

The location was out in the country, which caught me by surprise, but close to dining and groceries. That said, my daughters and I loved it. The place was super quiet and relaxing. We had some wine out on the small patio one evening and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The room was cozy and clean. The kitchenette corner, although small, was perfect for our needs. The bathroom was huge. And, lastly, our host was very responsive. We would gladly stay here again.
This isn't really a gripe but more of a heads-up. The A/C unit was a bit loud but it did not keep us up. The weather was quite warm and we appreciated that we could cool the room down.

The property was rustic and quaint in all the right ways. Walking into the guest house, I had no idea it would be as clean and comfortable as it was (with AC blasting). So many amenities for a traveling family or group. The guest rooms in the red house were a travelers delight. AC, plenty of towels, mini fridge, shower, comfortable beds, privacy curtains and nice decor. So often you get a motel with no character. This was warm and inviting.
Outdoor patio areas could use some cleaning/maintenance. We were only there briefly so didn't get to enjoy it long term, and I'm sure in the Summer months it's pretty hot to be sitting outside. But the fact they had these outdoor spaces is a bonus and I'd be happy to come again.

"Accogliente, colazione perfetta, semplice, ma diversa dai classici motel che si possono trovare per un on the road"
