Don't be fooled by the laneway leading to this hotel. Located in the Hutongs of old Beijing we had a great time here, looked after by the fantastic staff. It is a small boutique hotel and the rooms were modern and very clean. The staff did everything they could to help us during the stay and we felt like we were part of the family.

I had a great stay at Happy Dragon Courtyard and would definitely book it again!
Even before I arrived, communication was super smooth and they sent over lots of helpful tips. The staff was incredibly welcoming and warm throughout my entire stay, and they were always ready to help whenever I had a question.
One thing you shouldn't miss is their dumpling class—I loved making my own dumplings, it was so much fun!
The location is also spot on: very close to a subway station and super convenient for the airport train. I was really happy with everything and had an awesome time here.

Staff were incredible.They knew what I wanted before I did! They helped sort out my Alipay and Amap apps both of which are essential in Beijing. Hotel was spotless and location is great.
