View is very good. Cleanness well beahove staff.

Toilets at reception area are very old and not very clean. They are using unacceptably smelling cleaning lotion and mostly the floors are wet. No notice of caution about the wet floor.

Hospitality was awesome. Good View, sensible staff and good food. Just one km away from the center of the town, yet has some mind blowing views from the stay. Room was in very clean during the time of check in.

The property was excellent. It is on the main city of Munnar. Easy to access all tourism attractions at Munnar. The food provided was awesome. But they can have a small battery car to enable aged persons to commute between room,reception and dinning. Also a lift may be provided from reception to dining hall

View from room, well maintained gardens,

Passage to the room was very rough, difficult to walk.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet were good. Property is excellently placed on a hill. Beautiful and quite.

Spa was not working. Can have local sightseeing packages.

Location, cleanliness of rooms and bathroom, food quality and taste, checkin checkout procedure everything was perfect. A special shout out to the people incharge of the garden - impecably maintained.
