Tui Magic really exceeded my expectations! I couldn’t find much images online from previous guests I did check youtube and social media but I just took my chances and my god I was genuinely very surprised. Very nice hotel, food is amazing every day there’s a different theme around the hotel and for dinner! The activities in the hotel were endless and the hedgehogs/ turtles/ cats the hotel have on site casually walking around are super cute!!! You definitely won’t go hungry and the land of legends is literally a 5min cab ride! Definitely will be going back as it’s great for family resort holidays where you just want a hotel type of holiday.

The only downside is the hotel is located away from a lot of outside shops so you have to get a cab if you want get into belek for shopping or walking around.

Staffs are so nice and friendly. Many cats in the facility also gave us good mood.

Everything and everyone were wonderful. Best service.

The main word for this location is "SPORT"! Voleyball, tennis, cycling and mach more! Big clean green territory, mach more than enough of sunbeds at the beach. Good delicious food, and the best Turkish coffee in the bar. Coctails are superb and you can change the receirpt on your personal choce. Beer is always chilled and what you want more from the beer ))) For shopaholics - The Land of Legends is very close and only 10 Euro by taxi.

In difference with previous years you don't have one free of charge dinner in the thematic restaurants. The app of TUI is nice, but not fully helpful, for example, you can't bokk your stay or evet book cycling experience. I hint to the staff to split the beach to "with kids area" and "no kids area" - it's easy and avoid elders from extra noises.

Schöne & grosse Anlage, sehr gepflegt. Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal! Sehr schöner Strand: gutes Liegenangebot an Schattenplätzen Viele Activities, vielseitiges Sport- & Wellnessangebot. Trotz der Grösse verteilt sich die Menschenmenge prima. Wahnsinns Foodangebot: leckere, frische & vielseitige Gerichte, immer schön hergerichtet. Lässt keine Wünsche übrig.

Wir hatten zwei LagunenZimmer: das Eine (2.OG) lag superschön, hell, gross, das andere Zimmer (EG) war sehr düster und "lochig". Die Getränke schmeckten nicht. Bei den Nichtalkoholischen schmeckte alles künstlich, die Alkoholischen waren gemixt aus billigsten Zutaten inkl. dem Alkohol. Da merkte man den "all-inclusive-Groove": lieber Masse statt Qualität. Allgemeines NegativThema in so einer Anlage: Verschleiss: Foodwaste, Frottéewäsche, Bettwäsche... innert einer Woche Ferien muss nicht täglich alles gewechselt werden. Auch nicht alle 2 Tage die Bettwäsche. WENIGER WÄRE MEHR! Sämtliche Läden in der Anlage mit massiv überteuertem Angebot! (3xso teure Sonnencreme)

Family lagoon room was nice

Terrible attitude of reception staff and both ladies managers, who refused to give my room till 7pm!! And threatened to cancel my booking!! Racism and discrimination by nationality. Worst experience ever!!!

Old looking rooms. Not proper cleaning of the rooms. Too loud Magico restaurant.

The staff and entertainers were excellent who went out of their way to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. In particular, Memmet, Ibrahim Ayvas and Evert? - (the Executive Sous Chef?) who when he found out my wife was gluten intolerant the following day prepared a bespoke very fine cheesecake, see photo. There was a wide and varied selection of food which was all very good. The airport transport is only 30 minutes.

Biggest gripe was as good as the dancers were, on previous stays when there was an outside evening show once or twice a week which offered something else, and again good as the Corde Lisse (aerial acrobat) guy was, seeing him 4 times in five days wasn't great. This was clearly done as a cost cutting exercise and Masmavi was worse for it. Other issue was our shower drain blocked and spilled into the bathroom. We reported this on the first day, then twice more, but it was only remedied day before we left.
