Questa casa è stata costruita nel 1885 e pur mantenendo il suo design originale, è stata completamente rinnovata tra il 2011 e il 2013. Soprattutto, è gestito da un gestore della proprietà molto esperto e ben informato che vive nelle vicinanze. È felice di corrispondere con ogni potenziale ospite e fornire un servizio individuale.
Al 103 Bayview, godrai di una nuova cucina e di alloggi recentemente arredati (tra cui wifi e tv via cavo), il tutto respirando l'aria fresca dell'oceano e godendo la leggera brezza dell'acqua dall'altra parte della strada. La casa è molto confortevole con una vera atmosfera da fattoria che ti invita a rilassarti non appena arrivi.
La casa è perfetta per una coppia che desidera godersi il piano principale dove c'è anche una camera matrimoniale con bagno completo di collegamento. Le famiglie potranno divertirsi usando la camera da letto principale al piano superiore e due camere da letto aggiuntive. Ci sono molti giochi da tavolo da giocare: Scrabble, Monopoly, Indizio, Rischio, Skipbo e altro. C'è anche un set di scacchi nel soggiorno.
Si prega di informarsi su come portare il proprio cane (preferibilmente piccolo e uno solo). La casa ha un giardino nella parte anteriore e quindi il tuo cane dovrà essere camminato per strada. Il parco Laite Beach si trova a due minuti a piedi a destra della casa, dove ci sono borse per cani e un cestino per la spazzatura. I cani sono i benvenuti e possono nuotare nell'acqua durante i periodi previsti. Assicurati che il tuo cane sia aggiornato su tick e fugga dalla medicina quando visita il Maine.

We absolutely loved this wonderfully renovated 1800s home by Camden harbor. We stayed here for two weeks, and wish we could have been there longer!
The Blue House is beautifully maintained, and shows the owners’ attention to detail. It was very well stocked with kitchen items, bath towels, bedroom blankets and linens. Immaculately clean and in top working order, we found it to be perfect!
Of course, as an original Camden home, the house reflects it’s almost 150 year old history. We found the steep stairs to the second floor to be a part of it’s authentic charm. Having a hand-railing on either side of the stairs was a thoughtful and helpful addition, while still maintaining it’s integrity.
We cooked wonderful family meals, enjoyed hours of conversation on the front porch, and feel we came away from our time at Blue House only
disappointed in that we had to leave!
We look forward to returning.

Sitting on the porch was wonderful. Walking to the beach park and downtown area so convenient. No troubles with shared driveway. The street has a lot of traffic, cars and walkers, because of the great location! The stairs are tricky, but the rest of the house is very comfortable. No air conditioning was not a problem for us.

Very well equipped. Great location. Very comfortable bed in master and lovely towels and accessories. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
Wish we had known the “ season” ended a week before, although Covid probably was a contributing factor.

Location, Location
This house is in a great location for access to all Camden. Just a 5 minute walk on a lovely street to the center of Camden, and going the other way, the best walking venue in Camden/Rockport. What sets this house apart is how generously supplied it is - the best of any VRBO I have visited. Use of the garage was also a plus for us.

Summer Dream
Wonderful, charming house, perfect for our family of four and pup. Great location, a short walk to town and the water. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped, with a separate dining room that easily seats 6 people, and the wraparound front porch is a summer dream for morning coffee and relaxing with a good book. Parking in the driveway or in front of the house was super easy and convenient for our two cars. Janey, the property manager, was so helpful during the rental process as well as during our stay. We'll be back!

Sad to leave!
The Blue House was perfect for our family of four (two toddlers included). The location is close to the beach and downtown and our bike rides from Bayview to Rockport were lovely. The house has everything we needed for a perfect stay. Having garage access for the cars and bikes was also wonderful. Lastly, Janey the property manager was responsive, provided great instruction and was always available.

House is very clean and in great location to town. Property manager is very helpful. Too small for large family. 4 th bedroom really isn’t a room... more like a closet with bed. Stairs would never work for older couple. They are very dangerous. Great place for just two couples. Not for large family.. not enough room to sit comfortably in living room. Shared driveway is an issue going in and out. They have open vents in the house and everyone can hear everything anyone is saying in the house at all times. Camden though itself is one of our favorite places in the world. We enjoyed our time but need much larger house for our group.

Charming, comfortable home in Camden
The house was very well equipped and nicely furnished for our family of 6 adults. Good bathroom and master bedroom on main floor and 3 bedrooms upstairs (one is very tiny with twin bed) with small full bath. Stairs going to second floor are very steep so if that is an issue it helps to know beforehand. The front porch is lovely and fun to watch parade of walkers taking very brief stroll into town. So much to do in Camden area and this is a great base for this in charming old house. We would definitely rent again.

My wife is pretty critical of the cleanliness factor in vacation rentals, and this exceeded her expectations. The location is fantastic with easy walks to downtown and Laite Beach. We felt comfortable letting our 10 year old son walk alone to both places. In addition, Janey as the property manager made our stay personable ... checking in on us to see if we needed anything and being very responsive at all times. We couldn't have asked for a better setup in this fantastic "blue house".

She made me feel as if we'd already have a friend waiting for us upon our arrival....and we did!The house is really just as it appears in the photos: cute, comfortable and clean -- actually spotlessly clean, including cabinets that had been emptied, cleaned and dishes replaced. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Everything is well-maintained. The porch is a perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee on a sunny day or to read a good book on a warm afternoon. Town is a short walk (about 5 minutes tops) in one direction and Laite Beach/Park is an even shorter walk in the other direction. This street is a popular walking spot and it's fun to sit on the porch (after your own walk) and say hello to the passersby. Janey was such a joy to work with. She made the rental process easy and straightforward. She gave us tips on things to see, activities to do and delicious places to eat. If there was anything that needed attention, she was on it quickly (though only one small thing needed attention).We enjoyed ourselves immensely and look forward to a return visit. Perfect Location = Perfect Vacation
We rented this house for a recent reunion of college friends in town for a wedding. It was the perfect spot not only to explore town (a quick 5-minute walk away) and the surroundings (beach an even closer 2-minute walk), but to relax on the porch and catch up with our friends.
Janey, the property manager, was a breeze to work with and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this relaxing, beautiful spot!
