The home is perfect for 4 adults. It’s updated, and close to a wide variety of activities. The property manager and owner are very engaged and hospitable, and take care to make sure the visit meets expectations. Highly recommend!

Well equipped kitchen and laundry. Roomy enough for the 4 of us and our 60 pound Pittie. We had space to put up our small Christmas tree.

Best experience ever!! Curtis and Kathy were so kind and the house was everything I wish I could live in forever!! Curtis and Kathy had a dog bed and dog bowl ready for my little cockapoo, Gurly, when we arrived. The house had everything you would need for the beach, the pool was kept at a perfect temp. the grill was cleaned and ready to go! The kitchen is perfect, the rooms and bathrooms are perfect, the entire house is a dream! The neighbors were so kind and we 1000% lived our best life pretending to be a local walking down to the beach chairs (right of house @ the park) watching the sunrise and sunset. Kathy and Curtis both stayed in contact making sure I had settled in and had everything I needed. As a female who has never rented a house alone, I was a bit worried not knowing my surroundings etc. but the street and house felt very safe and with Kathy down the road I felt even more safe! I will definitely be back!!

The house is perfectly located for beach access in a nice and neighbourhood. Kathy the property manager was wonderful and easy to communicate with. House was spotless with a great pool and yard.

Nicely furnished and decorated, updated kitchen with gas stove, extremely comfortable beds, updated bathrooms with a main bath walk-in shower, a spacious and comfortable living area with large flat screen TV, well manicured and fenced in back yard with pool and sun shade, upscale neighborhood, roughly 100 fee from the beach.

This is our second time within 2022 staying at this property. First, Kathy and Curtis provide great communication with all details. We had an excellent time on our first trip and the second trip this year was the just as good. You can’t ask for a better place to stay. Thanks for everything and we will definitely stay here again in the future.

This was our second time staying at this property and most certainly will not be our last! We love the location (quiet, super close to the beach, walk to restaurants/shopping) and the house exceeds expectations in every way. Fully equipped, tastefully decorated, and a beautiful pool/patio - what more could you want for a totally relaxing vacation?! And property manager Kathy is simply the best. We will definitely be back next year - already looking forward to it!

This place is amazing. 30 second walk to the beach. This house has everything you need if you were to fly here. Just have to buy food to cook. Kitchen is fully loaded. The lighting in the house is amazing and inside was very clean and organized. It’s very quiet and the ambience is amazing. Done at the beach, spend the rest at the pool. Shop and Restaurant are close. A lot of selection. Kathy was amazing, she communicated well and it was very easy checking in. I would have to say Kathy the property manager was very accommodating and was so helpful. Overall We had great experience and definitely making plans on coming back.

Another great stay!
We have stayed in this lovely home multiple times. It's in a great neighborhood and only a very short walk to the beach. The home is very nicely appointed and has everything you need. Topping it off is Kathy, the property manager, who is excellent! She's very responsive and great to work with.

We absolutely loved this home! From the moment we walked in we were pointing out the niceties to each other... "look at this!" ... "look over here"... We came with our two Westies who loved wandering around the fenced in back yard. Everything from the expansive kitchen to the comfortable dining area and living room has a beautiful view of the pool out back, through large sliding doors. The beds were incredibly comfortable and nothing was left out... the host thought of everything. How he managed the calm feeling of "zen" that the house has, I'll never know, but we'll be back! And the Atlantic Ocean is just 2-3 minutes away, literally. And all this on a nice quiet street with no thru traffic, just people strolling and/or jogging. A pure slice of heaven.

The location was very good. The house is very modern and at the same time comfortably furnished. The outdoor area has a very good atmosphere. The communication with the landlord and the care of the place was great. We would spend our holidays here again at any time.

Amazing House and Location
This is one amazing place. The property is modern and has all the amenities. The pool and private backyard was perfect and we enjoyed cooking out on the grill. The location to the beach is less than 60 seconds. The house had an umbrella and chairs that were perfect for the beach on those hot sunny days. Short walk to restaurants and local coffee houses. Great communication with the property manager/owner. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks.

Can’t say enough positive things about this place! Curtis the owner and Kathy the property manager were over the top. This home was spotless and had everything you could possibly need/want. Close to the beach, restaurants shopping etc. yet still private with a perfect pool!❤️ Already looking forward to our return.

This property is just as listed! Wonderful, inviting and the homey feel at its best! Traveled here with my family and dog, we all felt right at home. The neighborhood and neighbors are lovely. Beach was only a few steps away which was a plus when out running and watching the sun rise, a f late night walks. The kitchen was fully equipped for us as we cooked our meals everyday and grilled outside a few times. Everything was wonderful including the property manager! We will be back! 🙂

This property is just as listed! Wonderful, inviting and the homey feel at its best! Traveled here with my family and dog, we all felt right at home. The neighborhood and neighbors are lovely. Beach was only a few steps away which was a plus when out running and watching the sun rise, a f late night walks. The kitchen was fully equipped for us as we cooked our meals everyday and grilled outside a few times. Everything was wonderful including the property manager! We will be back! 🙂

We stayed in the same location 2.5 years ago and one of my wife's first comments was how well the house is maintained, not run down or looking shabby at all. Obviously Kathy and her crew do a great job of caring for it.
House and location are both perfect, and Kathy has only one thing on her mind, making sure we were relaxed and having a good time. Very easy and quick communications.

This is our second time staying here - it’s the best there is from amenities to location. You won’t find better. No expense spared with amenities - and the location is absolutely perfect! The house and location are a dream!

Perfect Getaway
The home was extremely clean, well docorated, and had all amenities that you could ask for. It is a minute walk to the sand which was great. Kathy the property manager was very helpful and quick to assist us in anything that we needed. I would definitely recommend this property.

Our property manager , Kathy , was amazing !!!!!! The host couldn’t do enough to make sure that our week would be special. Long Overdue Family Vacation - #Perfect
This house could not have been more perfect for our first family vacation in over two years. Beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you could possibly need to enjoy time away from home and in the Florida sunshine. The beach is but a short walk away, and when it looked too crowded, the pool was a wonderful alternative. The retractable sunshade was a lifesaver! Curtis and Kathy were always available to answer any questions, and Kathy went out of her way to make sure we had what we needed and to make us feel welcome. Our two week stay flew by, and we talk often about how much we wish we were back having morning coffee on the patio and relaxing around the beautiful pool at the end of the day. We have recommended the property to all of our friends and look forward to making a return visit sometime in the future.

It doesn’t get any better than this! Great location across from beach. The house is spectacular! Modern renovation, chefs kitchen, and anything and everything you could want, need or ask for. The owner Curtis and Property Manager Kathy are extremely responsive and helpful! Better than the Ritz! We stayed for 2 amazing weeks with our 2 dogs and between the heated pool and the yard, it was perfect!

It doesn’t get any better than this! Great location across from beach. The house is spectacular! Modern renovation, chefs kitchen, and anything and everything you could want, need or ask for. The owner Curtis and Property Manager Kathy are extremely responsive and helpful! Better than the Ritz! We stayed for 2 amazing weeks with our 2 dogs and between the heated pool and the yard, it was perfect!

This is one of our favorite homes to stay in in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Location, location, location! Along with the fact that Curtis and Kathy have done a great job with this home. It's very nicely equipped, very clean and their customer service is top notch. Hope it's available to rent on our next trip to the area...

My family and I had the most amazing stay! Curtis and Kathy were extremely quick to respond whenever we needed help with anything! The house was spectacular and so clean. Rain head showers and a jet tub in the guest bathroom! You could see the beach entrance from the driveway which was awesome! Neighborhood is walkable in the mornings and dog friendly. The back yard was very nice and pool was warm. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you again for everything!
