Iasues with the pool and spa that was actually disapointing

The reception staff and the size and design of the rooms and the view of the valley

The smell of the rooms, the mess, terrible service and hygiene by the barman at the pool and the attitude of the lifeguard. The unappealing and unsanitary conditions of the breakfast buffet. We opted out of eating there even when it was included in our package.

Afternoon check-in is asked and pool closes at 4pm?! The hotel lost its glory. Pictures are not updated

The connection with the hotel was really great, the staff are mostly nice and helpful, they upgraded our room, and the one we got was large and well decorated. There were water bottles and wine in the room which was very nice. The view is great.

The photos of this place are like me, taking selfie in a very good light and from a really specific angle. Don't get me wrong, the place is not bad, but not as stunning as I thought from the pictures (and it's too bad because it can really be with little attention to details). The breakfast was just ok, in spite of the wide verity. No coffee machine on Saturday. Towels in the pool were often missing.

Good quality, good value for money. The staff was very helpful. Good variety. Fresh food was constantly being served.

The coffee machine was broken. The shakshuka wasn't fresh, unlike the rest of the food.

Overall the stay was exactly what I needed. Excelent reception, fantastic room, relaxing atmosphere and excellent view over the valey in front.

If possible the breakfast should have more variety be less austere.

Excellent Staff, very helpful

Wonderful stuff, nice atmosphere, large room with high sealing, fantastic area of Gilboa mountain offering plenty of activities, tracks, good restaurants. Very nice breakfast in the morning with beautiful view. Bottle of wine as a gift was a pleasure.

There is no really an opportunity to open curtains of the window in the room without being seen by people outside. Some room facilities should be replaced because they are cracked or rusted.
