The location was good, but any hotel in the area is in a good location

Very rude staff (well, actually the lady was very rude, the others were fine). The breakfast was from 8 to 10, very poor and of very low quality, especially for the price. Don't get the breakfast, you can just go to one of the four places nearby for breakfast (all reachable on foot within 2 minutes at most) and have much better breakfast and at any time in the morning (not just from 8 to 10). Finally, the cleanliness was terrible. I travelled with my mother and the very first thing she said when she entered the toilet was that the shower had never been cleaned properly. Everything was dirty, but I did take a picture of the lower part of the shower to send it to my family because it was clear it had not been cleaned for a very long time. I'll share it on here. I'm sorry, but I can't recommend this hotel unless you don't mind staying in a dirty room with a dirty bathroom. The location was good, so I suppose they live of it and don't care about the rest at all.

The hotel is within walking distance of the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. There is a point for any transport nearby.

The hotel is located on a tram street and there is really no possibility to even stop your car for 2 minutes to unload your luggage. The hotel looked pretty good in the pictures, but in reality it turned out not to be. The room had cracked walls, everything was old and unmaintained. The room was on the first floor, with a window that looked out onto a small terrace with high walls everywhere. No real light was getting inside. The air conditioner was also not maintained, it did not cool at all. Breakfast was on the roof terrace. There the view was nice, but again everything was old and unmaintained. The breakfast was monotonous and poor. There was construction next door to the hotel and the noise started early in the morning. The hotel is too expensive for what it offers.

24h reception and easy check-in. Big and clean room. The location was especially perfect, you are close in walking distance to the main attractions in the historical centre but also very close to the metro and ferry station which can take you to anywhere you want conveniently. The street infront of the hotel is busy and full of places to get breakfast or anything you want really. 10/10 I would come back

the room was smaller than I thought for 2 persons. and the toilet was so smaller. lavabo it's not stable at all.. the view from my window was heaters equipment.

In the historical centre of Istambul, polite staff, there are refrigerator and electric kettle in the roam, soap, shower gel, shoe sponge. Very clean towels,bed linen. The breakfast is not large, it's portioned but it's included all necessary food: instant coffee, milk, bread, egg, some cheese and sausage, olives, some tomato and cucumber, butter and honey.

For this price, location and cleaning it's good.

Location is just perfect. Close to mosques, tram station, marmaray line, pier. The room was very spacious, which is not typical for Istanbul hotels in this area. Friendly staff, everyday cleaning. Maybe the furniture is not brand new, some issues with a shower door; still, it didn't influenced on a general impression. When booked, I've asked to have a room with a view to tram line (can be noisy for other people but I just like this noise), so the view for me was perfect as well. Breakfasts on the roof was funny (when it was windy). Breakfast is just usual (nothing special, a set of basic products: egg, vegetables, bread, sausages, cheese, jam and butter; tea/coffee).

The hotel is nice and well located in the center of the historic saltanahmet district of istanbul and close to the tram and train station. The room size was perfect and well furnished.

Despite our reservation being free cancellation and no prepayment, the hotel charged our credit card 5 days before our arrival and it wasn't a preauthorization procedure.
