Die Lage ist recht zentral, es gibt genügend Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Metrostation 5 Minuten, bis in die Altstadt ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon zur Straße, das war tagsüber schon recht laut, aber für einen Morgenkaffee reicht es. Bin 2 Tage vor Anreise angeschrieben worden bzgl. Schlüsselübergabe. Es gibt eine Rezeption wie im Hotel, die bis spät Abend geöffnet ist. Personal top und sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft bietet einen Fahrradverleih für 11€/Tag an (Standardpreis überall in der Stadt). Sehr bequem, weil die Räder direkt in der eigenen Tiefgarage stehen.
Die Dusche ist leider eine Fehlkonstruktion. Leider für große Leute (1,83 cm) fast zu klein und unvermeidbar, dass nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad mitgeduscht ist... :-)
Und wie schon öfter erwähnt, sind die Wände recht dünn. Aber wer einen guten Schlaf hat, dem macht das nichts.

Shower was quite difficult to use , the screen is too small and it was very difficult not to get water on the bathroom floor .

Great location on the edge of the historic centre close to Angel Guimera Metro. Friendly, helpful staff especially Alejandro and Daniela. I'd happily stay there again.
Not a negative just something to be aware of. The patio door can't be opened from the outside so don't close it after you or you'll be locked out.

Good location, parking was good, we had large car and managed to get a good spot in cat park. We arrived early and room was ready so checked in. Had issues with air con sorted another room quickly and refunded us as we went from a Balcony to no balcony

The staff was imressive, so friendly and supportive, thanks Ion;) very tidy and compfortable appartement, very good equipped. Nearby the city center. Parking option was a good deal.

The staff were very friendly and respectful and the location was very good and easy to access.
Shower, we have to waste couple of towels to dry the bathroom right after taking a very carefully showers because there is no shower door or anything else to stop water from splashing, no matter how careful you take shower and as a result the bathroom door is getting rotten from inside quite badly and soon should be replaced.

I recently had a fantastic four-night stay at Parker The Urban Flats in Valencia. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.
The hotel's location is great, with easy access to the historic city center. I enjoyed exploring the charming old town, which was just a short walk away. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and well-maintained.
Overall, I highly recommend Parker The Urban Flats for its helpful staff, convenient location, and comfortable accommodations. Trip from VLC Airport: 25 min with metro.

Spotless clean, excellent location where old city centre is 10 mins walk while metro station is 2 mins away from that links you everywhere in Valencia. Staff is very attentive and respond immediately. They provide you with beach towels and recommendations to where to eat and what to do. It’s expensive yes but worth the money.

We’re traveling with a 9 month baby and the staff was extremely helpful, providing everything we needed - a cot, bathtub, high chair and a baby kit with things for shower. They also managed to provide a magic wand/blender once I asked for. The apartment had everything we needed, even some oil and salt individually for a temper a salad. Perfect for family trips! Also, the location was very good, near the city center, and very good cleaning. I’d definitely recommend with for anyone traveling to Valencia!

Great location, short walking from heart of city. The reception staff is extremely nice and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and very clean. There was special kids cosmetics set.

The super nice girl at the reception made our stay wonderful from the first minute. She was really nice and helpful. The apartment was new and really really nice, and 5 minutes walk from the town center. Really recommend this place!!

Its location is fantastic. Short drive from Railway Station and walking distance to old town.
Clean and nice apartment situated in peaceful locality. It has all the facilities. Good for family with kids. Its value proposition.
I will be definitely staying at this place if I revisit Valencia.

I liked the staff very much, especially Katherine - she was very friendly and very very helpful (besides tips about the surroundings, she managed to find my lost phone which I will be forever grateful for!).
I appreciated the details in the room, from the small baby things (we were one adult and one toddler), to the plenty diverse utensils in the kitchen and the toiletries.
The hinges from the bathroom door really need some therapy, that rusty squeak is the last thing one wants to hear at night :) The shower hose also needs to be fixed, the water is leaking.
