Location. On my visit the hotel is undergoing a refurbishment which I wasn’t aware of when I booked. They also had problems with lifts but that happens I guess although they have always been slow there.

Good location. Nice breakfast. Friendly staff.
The hotel is currently under major renovation. Two days into our stay the pool was also closed for major works.
Renovation work is sometimes unavoidable. Nevertheless, I would not have booked the hotel if I would have known this beforehand. Work on this scale needs to be communicated to guest before arrival. The same applies to the closure of the pool which was one of the reason I booked this hotel. Using the pool of the sister hotel was not really an option.
