I had an absolutely fantastic stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptional. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful, and their service really stood out throughout my stay. They made me feel genuinely looked after and went a long way towards making the experience so enjoyable. The room was excellent. It was spacious, comfortable, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. I particularly loved the decor throughout the hotel. It has a stylish, modern feel while still being warm and inviting, and everything felt very well maintained. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a fantastic selection of food, everything was fresh and well prepared, and there was plenty of choice to suit different tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day. The facilities were also excellent, and the whole hotel had a really pleasant atmosphere. From the room to the communal areas, there was clearly a lot of attention to detail. Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. The combination of the fantastic staff, beautiful room, excellent breakfast, great facilities and stylish decor made this one of the most enjoyable hotel stays I’ve had in Bangkok. I would happily stay here again and would have no hesitation recommending it to anyone visiting the city. 10/10. An excellent hotel and a genuinely memorable stay.
