El personal es muy, muy atento y amable, tanto en recepción como en el comedor, como en el bar... nos sorprendió mucho el buen ambiente en general que te transmiten y lo mas importante para nosostros, el trato que le dieron a nuestros dos perros los cuales fueron tratados como lo que son, dos miembros mas de la familia los cuales pudieron moverse libremente por el hotel, tomamos algo con ellos en la terraza de la piscina, comimos en el buffet acompañados por ellos... y sin cobrarnos un euro por su estancia. Todo un ejemplo para el resto de alojamientos en los que aún no entienden que para muchas familias nuestras mascotas no sólo son eso, sinó uno mas de la familia.
Poca variedad en el buffet, muy repetitivo pero siempre encontramos algo para comer o cenar. Para aparcar la zona es un poco complicada ya que esta en pleno centro de Lloret, lo cual por otro lado es bueno porque en un minuto estas en todas partes pero con el tema aparcamiento es complicado y hay que aparcar algo lejos si no quieres pagar.

Dès lors de notre arrivée, on a été super bien accueilli par l’accueil.
Le personnel qui servait le petit déjeuner et qui rangeait notre chambre était d’une gentillesse agréable.
Nous avons passé un super séjour, l’hôtel est H24 propre.

The hotel is nice, very well located, the pool is nice, the rooms where clean (if you don’t want everyday cleaning, you can just say it to cleaning ladies).
People at the reception were friendly.
We don’t advise this hotel for normally behaving people or families. The hotel’s guests were very loud.
We were not lucky and we had during our staying basketball team or camp there. It was something unbelievable. We didn’t sleep 5 days because they were so loud, running thru the hotel after midnight until early morning hours. My husband were couple times at the reception. It helped but not for long.
We don’t have to talk about loud in dining room, pool etc.
Very bad was that people are allowed to smoke in the pool area. So, if you have sunbed, whoever can smoke from the pool under your nose.
The whirlpools were always occupied. Some people didn’t look after the children and they were jumping in it.
After 5 days we had new neighbors in our floor. And it was the same.
We can’t expect total quiet hotel at summer destination. But I would expect to have it little bit quiet after midnight.
I think that this was our worst holiday experience ever.

Unfortunately the walls are as thin as cardboard. Hard to fall asleep, if you hear every word, sound, etc. Could be cleaner...black hair all over the floor.

Location cleanliness
Never got the pool view I booked was given a tiny room for two adults to share whole a single friend got a massive room with 3 beds for q person staff was not helpful no English speaking staff in the evening on arrival was told when I lost my key card that I could not get a new 1 at 4am as I wasn't staying at this hotel and I had to leave had to prove my identity even tho I couldn't as my passport was in yhe roo.m

Staff very friendly. Good value for money. Well looking after guests. Very clean. The day we left, very early in the morning, they offered early breakfast and take away food ( sandwiches, fruits and water)

Nice interior, comfortbale queen bed, clean areas. There was a huge selection for breakfast and dinner, with relatively good quality. It is relatively cheap option to stay in the neighbourhood, close to the beach and bus station. The air conditioning is good.
The staff was rude and not so good at english. The wifi was basically not working at all during our stay in our room, sometimes it worked next to the reception. They have room service to make the bed, change towels etc. but sometimes we didnt get soap, sometimes they didnt give new towels, and when they saw that the linen is dirty the just turned it to the other side. The bathroom door cant remain open, the window cant stay closed. The balcony is 1 chair big and the fence was so rusty we couldnt use it to dry towels there. A lot of elements needs a fix up. The neighborhood is really loud from the parties, we couldnt get a full night sleep, better soundproofing would be neccesary.

Good location, the price, some of the food
Wifi was slow and cutting off, room was small, swimming pool had no supervision, kids jumping in the Ester random places. Guest wore smoking on the sunbeds (was prohibited - no supervision). The sunbeds next to the swimming pool wore occupied by towels from early morning until evening - no Chance of getting one - again no regulation from the hotel staff.
There is no label in the room for getting room cleaning or dont disturbe - every morning cleaners knocked loudly and asked If you need cleaning. This woke the infant up every time. A few times cleaners forgot to put new towels.

Basically everything!! Brilliant location, room super clean and house keeping were lovely. Would definitely stay again
Check in staff were nice but could’ve been a bit more informative, with a few things. Werent told key details like when we had to leave our room for housekeeping to come and how long we had to leave for. Could’ve done with being told wifi password and maybe some suggestions for what to do in lloret. Although these are pretty minor things we managed to figure out ourselves they still would’ve improved our stay!

Good location, friendly staff. Housekeeping staff were excellent and friendly. Pool was super clean. previous reviews mentioned guests leaving towels on loungers all day. We didn’t find this at all and it was peak season. We had all inclusive and food was good and plentifully. The restaurant staff including the chefs were always smiling and polite.
Rooms were basic but beds were comfortable and was all clean and functional.
Few suggestions - First would be to have a designated smoking area outside. I found it bothered me when other guests were smoking near the pool.
Desserts were all similar. Be great to have ice cream available or maybe Apple pie, cheesecake, tart, cake etc

The breakfast and all other melas were wonderful. Polite staff in the hotel. The bed was comfortable. The swimming pool it was clean and with comfortable loungers.
A little more room comfort would be helpful during your stay. Any hanger tower rack in addition in the bathroom would be fine.

very noisy at night. I dont know why, but many people think that if they are on vacation, they can scream and did everything at night in hotell, just like at home.
The walls of the rooms are very thin, if the neighbors are not sleeping, you can hear everything ...
