Location, decor and final touches
The bed was rather odd. I think it was a double sofa bed as it had the metal legs underneath. Quite noisy when you moved on it too

I loved the room and view
The internet kept cutting out in our room which made applying for our Digital Arrival Cards and Flight confirmations for international travel the next day very difficult. Thankfully we were able to access internet in the stairwell and reception areas.

Lovely location, rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Just a short walk to the tube station. Lovely touch that as we were celebrating two occasions, rose petals were scattered over our bed.
We had no hot water for 48 hours during our stay. On both days we spoke to reception (in a separate building) about this. We were informed that other people had also reported this issue and it would be resolved soon. However, the hotel are now refusing to accept that this occurred. This has put us off staying here in the future which is a shame as otherwise we really enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was lovely and clean. Thankfully Booking.com were amazing and have taken this onboard and as a gesture have given us credit towards a future stay, which was much appreciated
