The view from the Harbour room was beautiful.
Check-in staff very smiley and nice.
Fabulous location.
Two lifts and a long walk in between to get to our room.
Confusion about the closing time of the restaurant. The website shows 9pm, the restaurant staff said 8 and one of the reception staff said 8 and the other said 8.30.

Lovely view of water from our bedroom ,bed so comfortable and room very spacious.

Only complaint which is minor, water early morning 7 to 8am only lukewarm not hot.

Everything staff went above and beyond the hotel was immaculate the best place I've ever stayed.we had a group of over 20 staying there and everyone said the same !
