The location is great, right next to the metro station; you can also walk to the old town or anywhere else since the hotel is in the center. The hotel employees are super kind. I liked the hotel's cleanliness. The breakfast has little variety, but for a typical French breakfast, the hotel provides high-quality food, and I was satisfied.
The room was a bit small, especially with the extra chair, which made the space feel even more cramped. However, this wasn't a major issue for me. (not a problem at all) The main problem was the shower, which was leaking and caused water to flood the entire bathroom floor.

The biggest positive was the staff - they really couldn't be kinder or try harder to make your stay a good one. I travel a lot & stay in a lot of hotels, but here I felt like an individual and genuinely valued. The hotel was nice otherwise, I appreciated being able to control the heating and aircon in my room and the room I asked for was very quiet, as requested - as a result I slept a lot better than I usually do in a hotel.
Nothing in particular.

Very handy for Perrache station, plus tramway and metro, and well placed near the confluence and the city. Hotel clean, comfortable, staff reasonably friendly and helpful. Room was nice enough.
Shower was new, but a real squeeze to get in and out of, even for an average sized person.

La posizione la doccia grande e comoda lo staff molto gentile
La dimensione della stanza troppo piccola e la moquette, non si può più vedere la moquette in una camera di albergo
