The staff was exceptional. Allowed to drop off our bikes & panniers before they opened at 3:30. DID OUR WASH!! Roman was amazing and provided great tourist tips.
The room was a bit small and somewhat sterile. It would have been nice if the ambiance of the room matched that of the building.
