Hôtel entièrement refait très agréable et personnel. Très agréable également à l’accueil.
La fin de l’heure du petit déjeuner à 9h en semaine. Si on ne travaille pas c’est un peu tôt et pas de petit déjeuner en chambre possible.

Breakfast was fine. The only food to eat was those ready made portions invented by french chefs during covid lock down. For real food I would have to return to Nantes using Tram. I chose not, and ate the only ready made meal I could eat.
Well pillows, and the fact that there were no reastaurants in walking distance.

The breakfasts were great! Lots of variety was offered. Coffee was delicious.
The hotel was very convenient to the quilt show that we attended.
The hotel was in the middle of renovations so we were dealing with that. It would have been nice to have an overview map of the area to make it easier to find our way to shopping and the trains.
The food in a jar was not appealing at all. Sandwiches or cheese plates would have been more appetizing.

Réception and bar staff amazing
Room cleaning staff very annoying. Without knocking, or while knocking, they would just come in without waiting for an answer and woke me up every morning.

Easy check in
On check out the receptionist didn’t accept that we had paid for the room in advance and I had to produce a printout that we had. Only then did she agree but still wanted to charge tax & kids breakfast. As it was only 12.50 I decided not to argue. I expected her to express regret at her mistake over room payment but she said nothing... it’s a shame and unfortunate
