Exceptionally clean. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Easy to charge our car overnight. Breakfast was great, plenty of choice. Would definitely return.
In the rest room it would have been helpful to have a kettle available to be able to make a cup of tea. Plenty of cold drinks and snacks to purchase but no facility to make a hot drink outside of breakfast hours.

Rooms are clean and renovated. Good breakfast, very good coffee.
Safe was not working (seems to be locked by previous guests and not unlocked begore our arrival). We arrived late and weren't willing to deal with it.
It was disappointing to find out that the reastaurant is permanently closed, and I only got a message about it after booking was complete. But we found another good restaurant nearby ( Hardy's).

so cozy and clean plus it was very close to Europa park , also the staff were so friendly and welcoming.
The pillows on beds were not that comfortable :/

big TV screen, in the shower there is a window that can be opened. From outside to inside almost no noise
in the morning there was quite a lot of activity on the hallway from others, that can be heard very well. Some noise that disrupted my morning sleep.

Really close from Europapark and Rulantica, we were able to let our car park there.

Ideal location for Europa Park. Great breakfast! Lovely family room with bunk beds and a huge king size. Perfectly geared up for day trippers going to EP (easy to park and check in after hours). Well stocked mini bar in reception.

Europa Park can be easily reached. The room is spacious and clean. Breakfast is also good. Staff are nice and accommodating.

The hotel is suitable for relaxing with the nature of country life.. i loved the area surrounded by the hotel, also the room was cleaned

The room and the breakfast. The parking is good as well.
Nobody is there during the evening. The emergency number that we called answered us 30 min after. So it's not an emergency number really.

just a great place to sit and relax as well. the staff is also incredibly kind and helpful

While long distance driving I needed a place to stay the night close to motorway. Last minute reservation. Excellent stay, new modern room. Friendly staff. Good location in Rust with many restaurants around.
