Das Personal war das Highlight am Aufenthalt. Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ebenfalls schön war das Frühstück. Übersichtlich aber frisch und lecker. Das Bad ist ausreichend groß und hat ein eigenes Fenster.
Das Hotel im Dunkeln zu finden war knifflig (kaum Außenbeleuchtung), der Fahrstuhl wird ab ca. 22 uhr abgeschaltet und ist sehr klein, vielleicht 1qm?
Was dann aber wirklich schwierig war: im Flur hingen neben dem Fahrstuhl Kabel aus der Wand.
Die Zimmer haben handelsübliche Zimmertüren, mit beidseitigen Türklinken-kein Knauf von außen. Man sollte also die Türen von innen wieder verschließen mit dem dazugehörigen Schlüssel 🔑.
Im Zimmer war die erste anzutreffende Steckdose lose. Wir haben sie sicherheitshalber nicht benutzt.
Das Bett ist kein Doppelbett, sondern zwei sehr leicht auseinanderzuschiebende Einzelbetten. Da tut sich beim nächtlichen Kuscheln mit dem Partner plötzlich ein Loch unter einem auf....
Die Fenster haben leider keinen Insektenschutz. Ruckzuck ist das Zimmer voller Viecher...
Im Bad fiel uns die Duschkabine fast wortwörtlich ins Auge. Die Halterung der Tür war lose, sodass man aufpassen musste beim Aussteigen aus der Dusche nicht aus Versehen die ganze Kabine zu demontieren. Die Halterung für Shampoo, etc. neigte sich auch gefährlich weit nach unten und war eher nicht nutzbar.

Sehr nettes Personal, gute Betten, leckeres Frühstück und nach hinten raus auch schön ruhig.

I’m sorry I couldn’t stay the entire time due to illness. When my relatives came to visit the staff was very helpful.

The hotel is absolutely excellent, great room, very clean, big parking, excellent stuff, very quite during night so we had the best sleep in years at a hotel. Totally recommended!!!

We were very impressed with the client experience- the gentleman at the reception went above and beyond to give us tips about our upcoming journey. The hotel is well maintained and cared for. Absolutely delighted with the service

also comfortable beds, delicious breakfast. Got some nice outdoor chairs for smoking or just to sit and relax in quiet. The shopping mall were also really close you could just walk there

This is so lovely hotel. Wery helpful and welcoming staff. Big, clean room, comfortable beds. There is a good sound isolation from the street. Tasty breakfast. Parking just next. It was very good experience, thank you!

We needed a place to stay while transiting through Germany with our dog. C-YOU Hotel was everything we needed: very clean and bright room with plenty of space, a desk and conformable bed, parking place, and some surprise for our dog (a bowl, a blanket and some snacks). The staff was nice and accommodating for our late arrival. The hotel is close to a nice forest where you can go for a morning walk and the breakfast is good. Highly recommended!
