Smiadanie bardzo dobre. Polozenie hotelu centralne , dobry punkt wyjściowy do zwiedzania.
Pokoj czysty , lozko bardzo wygodne co zadko zdaza sie w hotelach.Czajnik elektryczny (kawa i herbata) , lodowka w pokoju.

Telewizja jest tylko po czesku.

Friendliness and cleanliness. Perfect location, near busstations and mininarket and restaurants. Close to city center! Taxi in front of the hotel and electrical steps in the vicinity!

When you compare the price/performance it was nice hotel. First of all it was clean.

Great breakfast a very wide choice of food and drinks. Very quite room with comfortable beds.
The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that when we came to the hotel to check in we where charged 200 corons for some kind of tax but it was not explained what exactly it is neither we where notified prior to our trip that we will be required to pay it. Other than that everything was great.

The room was lovely, modern, spacious & spotlessly clean. It contained all the amenities we needed. The bathroom was big & had an excellent shower. Breakfast was good with plenty to choose from. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff. Our room was cleaned on a daily basis.

Very spacious room. The location was perfect 10-15min walking distance from the old town. Very nice and kind stuff.
The water pressure in the bathroom was really bad

Beds and Location
Bathroom was never cleaned. Ripped Towels on one occasion. Pillow case ripped and torn. Noice level from above floor was unbearable every night. Breakfast was sub standard.

It wasn't my first time in the hotel. I chose it because of its excellent location close to transit hubs. Rooms are absolutely fine, breakfast also. Will plan on coming back if transportation (train, bus) drops me off closeby.

I understand that the hotel is not 5 stars. But, in many hotels there was your level, and bed linen was always changed. But, unfortunately, the bed was not changed. But, in general, the staff is very friendly. Convenient location.

Staff are helpful but minimally engaged. Breakfast was ok.

The quiet of the hotel nevertheless was close to a busy street, and the spacious room. Really close to the centre.
The bathroom was really small and not even a toothbrush glass. The breakfast was really poor in quality and quantity
