The staff were very kind. They were sweet, helpful. We did not find parking, and they allowed us to park inside of the garage. It was difficult to get the car down the ramp, and the person at the desk was very kind to offer to help and drive down reverse for us. The location was great as well. Beaytiful view, quiet and peaceful area. We had a really good view of full-on nature, and it was really pretty. This WILL be one of our memorable trips.
Nothing really. A small thing, they did not provide water, and this Hotel is away from any groceries, so we had to buy here, or arrange it from different stores, some hotels provide.

The wonderful family atmosphere of the hosts who were amazing and went the extra yards on any help needed regarding local attractions. Great pool and easy parking also breakfast and evening meal were very good.

So many things that we liked (no loved!) about La Perla … it’s difficult to know where to start?!!
The staff were just amazing - all of them. So friendly, happy, accommodating and genuinely welcoming.
The location of the hotel and the magnificent views. An oasis of calm on Lake Como but so easily accessible to all of the major villages and villas.
The delicious evening meals and ample breakfasts.
The convenient parking.
The pillows were the only disappointment but I’m very conscious that that is our personal taste!
