Location and amazing service

Great central location to old and new Granada, and apartments were good size for our family..

I would suggest recommending the car park Harmanos maristas car park to guests as it’s easy to find and can be pre booked and only - short walk from hotel.

The hotel has a good location, and the room was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.

Compared with other hotels of the same category where we stayed during the same trip in Málaga and Seville, the standard was somewhat lower. The room did not have tea and coffee making facilities, and the breakfast was less varied than in the other hotels — perhaps also because it was cheaper. What disappointed me most, however, was the unacceptable behaviour of the hotel staff on the day of our departure. There was heavy rain, and I asked the reception to order a taxi to the railway station. After a few minutes, I was told that there was no taxi available and that I should go outside and find one myself. I find this completely unacceptable, especially for a four-star hotel. In such circumstances, the staff should at least try to find another solution instead of sending a guest with luggage out into the rain. In the end, a bus driver on route 4 helped us. He saw us running in the rain, waited for us to get on, and later showed us where to get off. His kindness was greater than the help we received from the hotel reception.
