Belle rénovation, le design est réussi et moderne, les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables, au calme, joli espace piscine et jardin de cactus, grand parc vers la mer (plages pas très belles sur cette cote), bon rapport qualité prix en octobre.
Parking payant, mais il y en a un grand juste à côté et le quartier semble tranquille...

Pool area was excellent , plenty of sun loungers , friendly staff and a modern feel to the whole building
Breakfast was like a school canteen , to busy and although it was peak holiday time1 coffee machine just about summed it up - long queues. Shame as this really was the only thing that lets it down .

The hotel and its facilities were excellent. Staff were friendly and accommodating as we were the only English speaking family there.

Very nice hotel. Great breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. The hotel let us store our bicycle bags in a secure place. The evening buffet dinner is also good.

Everything, location ideal only 10 minutes from the airport.
We booked half board, the breakfast was amazing as well as the dinner.
We booked Connecting room with sea view and it was very specious, very comfortable, clean and the view was spectacular.
The holiday was to celebrate my wife's birthday and the hotel wrote a nice comment with special plate of fruits and a box full of candy for my little daughter.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
We've enjoyed every minute during our stay.
We will go back without any doubt..

Staff really helpful. Location ideal for airport and getting to Almeria. Breakfast was really nice staff very attentive.rooms clean. Problem with Aircon not working turned out to be us not using it properly. The location of our balcony was excellent for the evening entertainment. Pools were fantastic

Needed another coffee machine for breakfast. Disappointed Spa wasn't open but it was being refurbished.

The staff are very kind friendly and helpful, Anna the receptionist was very kind woman helping me with a last minute changes due the France strike, I really appreciate it. Everyone in the hotel was brilliant. Looking forward to come back.

The room is large enough for 4 of us. Breakfast was great (as long as we arrive early enough). Pool in great conditions. The fact that the kids' water playground is on another side helps to keep the main pool relatively quite and calm. Not over crowding pool side with dock chairs - but we had difficulty in securing them one day arriving late.
They have DJ session by the pool everyday at 1730...

Great swimming pools. Superb breakfast. Pet friendly. Good facilities for food and relaxing. Really lovely and friendly staff. Great location for the things we wanted to do. Good room service. Easy check in and out.
A bit pricey but overall good value for money. Beech in front is not the greatest but there are so many lovely beaches and calas nearly and the chiringuitos on the beach in front serve really tasty and fairly processed food and free tapas.

good Seaview, nice pool, pool bar a strong feature and effective staff
Several facilities not open. no reason given for this. Reception is poorly staffed. Welcome was poor. No drop off area for guest cases when arriving by car. Buffet area is like a canteen. Very poor atmosphere. Circulation corridors to bedrooms felt like a prison block.

It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were mostly helpful.
The AC in the room was ineffective, very uncomfortable.
The food mediocre, the salmon from the plancher was raw and uneatable, and staff did nothing when told!

The kids pool was great, the slides were fun and it kept our kids entertained for a long time. The kids club looks great too
They only have Wifi in public spaces so none in the rooms. That means if you want to watch Netflix on the terrace after the kids go down you’ll need to download before you go. Also the sheets and towels needed updating, sheets very thin and one towel had a big hole in it

The room door was hard to shut had to slam the door to make it lock in, reported this on check out.

Room was very bland and had no view, smallest tv ever, no international channels.

Only walk in showers for deluxe room are on ground floor with view of next doors hotel loading bay, Were given another room on 2nd floor where bath with shower was suitable, but should have form of hand rail aids. Some Reception staff need more training in dealing with clients. First impressions are important!
Pool bar expensive and the only indoor bar appeared closed. Hotel is missing out with no indoor bar open!
