Very reasonable prices, the staff was super polite and helpful. The location is right at the heart of Rethymno city, so everything is within short walking distance. They helped me with tips, like where to eat etc. The room was clean and comfy. When I asked them what time the cleaning ladies go in, they went and cleaned it again right away. I asked for a cot for my baby and it was provided at will. Thank you for the pleasant stay and Cretan hospitality!
The hairdryer in one of the two bathrooms had a broken tube, so if you pulled it a little more it would come off. The TV was not working because the antenna cable insert was damaged, though I didn't really care. The hotel does not have a private parking lot, so if you come by car, parking might be challenging. I got lucky with finding a parking spot though.

avrei preferito un cambio biancheria ogni 2 giorni. Considerato il periodo estivo il cambio in 3 giorni è assolutamente da rivedere.

Central property, the new rooms very modern
Very rude staff for breakfast. Arrived 20min before bfast end and almost nothing left. when we asked staff for some basic items they were ironic and also made the point that next time we should be sleeping less
