Nice place in a good location and overall good value for money. The stay was comfortable and the accommodation had everything we needed.
Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. During our 4-day stay, the room was not cleaned at all, and there was no housekeeping service. This was the main and only downside of our stay (probably by mistake or misunderstanding)

Great property and location i think we had one of the recently refurbished suits so it was nothing like the poor google reviews

Great location, just a short walk to the centre of town but still quiet enough to be comfortable. The check in process was easy, with on-site support most of the time. Options for parking. Lovely little balcony in the room.
The bed base and floors were dirty. It probably could do with a deep clean. The shower was also quite difficult to use. Every shower resulted in a soaked bathroom floor.

Location is excellent.
Some maintenance issues in our room. I did flag these, alongside a comment re the noise levels from other guests, but did not receive a reply.
