The pool is amazing and location is great
The staff spoke little English and kicked us out of our apartment 30 min before our actual check out time

Lovely hotel in traditional Greek style our room overlooking the sea.
We didn't use it but the pool looked very nice
You can catch the local bus stop is just up the road to the Capital or to the Port for a night out.
Myself and my wife couldn't complain one bit and such lovely Greek family who own this Hotel would well recommend.

always a great stay at Rita’s fantastic resort. Rita and George always make the place very welcoming with a friendly personal touch. The pool area is great on a hot sunny day. Thank you Rita, look forward to seeing you again soon :)

The location is just outside Ios Chora village, a 10 minute stroll. the property was clean and well kept. the rooms were small and basic but exactly what we needed for our time in Ios. Ritawas very kind and picked us up and dropped us to the port free of charge which was an added bonus.
The rooms were quite tight but great value for money overall as there was just the two of us.

Rita is a really lovely woman and picked me up an dropped me back to the port no problem.
The pool is lovely with the sea view, very relaxing up there.
It’s still on a main road so I could still hear bikes and car noise in my room.

Rita’s place has beautiful views and it was a pleasure and very comfortable stay, Rita is a lovely woman and works very hard to keep everything running perfect for everybody. Rita collects and drops you back to the port and free of charge, amazing stay and we will be back again for a longer stay next time.

The rooms were large, the balcony was large with a great view of the pool and the bay. The location is between the port and the town, so it's very quiet far enough away from all the action. The hotel is on a big hill, so if you like a bit of exercise then you can walk to and from the port and town. But if you have trouble walking hills in the heat, then there is a very convenient bus stop just a few meters up the road (up a bit of a hill). Overall, it was great for the price, and Rita is extremely accommodating. Rita provides free transport to/from the port which is a nice perk. Breakfast was basic, and very well priced.
The pool is beautiful, but the pool water is very cold -- too cold for me to get in. Although I did see several people swimming.

I cannot say enough good things about this place . Rita is so lovely and all the staff are friendly , helpful and so hard working . The pool is cold - which I really like. But if you don’t then cool off in the mini Pool after enjoying the sun , drinks and view pools side . There is a bus stop just outside and the walk to the Chora is short . The bed was very comfortable, the towels soft and the air conditioning in good working condition. The room was kept immaculate.

Owner was SUPER helpful - directions, laundry, pick up and drop off from the port. Really appreciated her help.

Not in the port or in the city but easy walking distance to either so it was great for us.
Not much was poor - a little dated but otherwise exactly what you would expect at this price

Our room had a great view, was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was amazing and the balcony was perfect to watch the sunset having a drink. Rita is an amazing host! This hotel isn't a two start hotel like is advertised but a three star one. Highly recommend this place!
