Food was very good , pool and facilities very good.
free shuttle bus into city centre was great
some items were not in the all inclusive . such as Iced coffee Ice Creams, and some Cocktails

The hotel is in a beautiful location and is ideal for a relaxing getaway. It’s also conveniently close to the airport, which makes getting there very easy.
I especially liked the all-inclusive breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It made the stay much more relaxing because we didn’t have to think about where to eat or make additional plans for meals.
The staff were also very polite, friendly, and provided great customer service throughout our stay.
This is a very minor issue, but the external elevator button could be improved. It is a flat touch surface rather than a regular button, and I found it quite difficult to press and activate.
The elevator doors also seemed to close quite quickly and did not always appear to detect someone standing near the entrance. Improving the sensor and button responsiveness would make the elevator experience feel more comfortable and safer.

Food was great with lots of varieties to offer. Aqua Park was fun with lots of slides and activities. Customer service staff, especially Umaiymah was very friendly and attentive, and did all she could to make our stay pleasant
The air conditioning in our hotel room was very bad. Very poor air circulation, causing issues for my kids whose beds were further away from the AC. All in all the entire resort lacked proper cool air circulation. Our room was very outdated and was not worthy of a 5* resort.
In my opinion, the resort does not meet 5* standards at all, its more of a 3*
