Breakfast - a Full English in my case - was Excellent. It set me up for the 17 miles hike over lanes and footpaths to Worcester the next day. For anyone who suddenly needs one, they have a classic Ballroom with sprung hardwood floor. Golly.

The young lady on the desk, Demi, was really welcoming and friendly and deserves a special mention.
The hotel is old, quirky, characterful and comfortable.
The evening meal was excellent value and very tasty, as was breakfast.
It was all very good value for money.

The food was superb in quality and quantity!
Parking was plentiful on site.
A little more space around the bed.

The free parking was a plus.
The owner/manager was not at all hospitable, he ignored us totally and sat with his cats in the reception looking down. We arrived on a Sunday to which there was no restaurant food nor any bar service, we were not advised that this would be the case when booking. Had we been told this we would not have booked. The large number of cats and their feeding bowls in the courtyard.
