Staff were super awesome, very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, lots of variety and hot breakfast yum too.
Full body massage highly recommended.
The extra bed which is pushed in between the wardrobe and the desk area. Super squashed. Room sleeps 5 and I was a solo traveler there for a week so why put this bed in there. I travelled for work and had to sit on a bed and try and work at night as the chair could not be used. Very uncomfortable and caused back and neck pains.
This also creates a problem trying to get into the fridge.
Very annoying.

The place is overall perfect, the location, the views, the rooms, breakfast, all awesome. I honestly loved it. The things I didn't like below are just improvement points because I enjoyed being there
The shower: 🤣 it's probably how it's set up, but randomly midshower you get a stream of cold cold water. It was a cold weekend in Bloem, so it was surprising. But the hot water returns quickly
We were in Room 21, can it have curtains as well? The blinds are bent and one can see through them from the outside when lights are on.

Compact bathrooms. No DSTV in rooms.
Breakfast finished before we got to the restaurant and were told no replenishment. Fortunately one of the waitresses arranged a fruit plate for us.
