great reception and location

Comfort was good, clean and location was fine.
The staff, an elderly lady in the reception was neither helpful nor pleasant. Did not great me when I entered and did not say bye when I left. Did not offer to help to hold up the door to the luggage room when she saw that I had trouble getting my stuff inside by myself.

The location, stuff and breakfast
the room its old, no refrigerator, the pillows super old, the elevator its old, scary and super slow, the beds are bad quality.

Excellent breakfast and friendly staff. Good room with nice view at 9th floor
The window can be opened fully at 9th floor made me nervous about the safety. The bed is a bit too soft for me.
