Posizione in zona tranquilla, non vicino al centro ma c'è un bellissimo parco a quattro passi dall'hotel, camera confortevole, ventilatore indispensabile in queste giornate roventi, parcheggio nel cortile

Malgrado il parcheggio sia un plus per noi motociclisti, nel caso specifico, gli alberi hanno rilasciato la resina sporcando la moto di resina appiccicosa, non è colpa dei gestori dell'hotel ma un info per altri motociclisti. Ciò che non va bene invece, è la gestione delle pulizie, abbiano lasciato la camera per caricare le valigie sulla moto (senza consegnare le chiavi) poi siamo risaliti per prendere caschi, giacche, ecc. La porta della camera era spalancata, telefoni e denaro non sono stati toccati ma prima di fare le pulizie bisogna accertarsi che gli ospiti abbiano consegnato le chiavi o, almeno, richiudere la porta. Eravamo ampiamente entro l'orario del checkout.

Good clean room and en-suite bathroom with good towels and shower. Good selection of food at breakfast and staff helpful and kept food stocked up well even when busy. There were always staff present at reception and they all spoke excellent English. Although no evening meal option, there is an excellent delicatessen historic covered food market building next door with about 10 different options of food upstairs. This is a vibrant place with music at the weekend I visited. It has a good vibe and also plenty of relaxed seating. Most eating establishments open until 9 or 10 pm. daily. Sensible prices. I always felt safe in the area even late in the evening or early morning.

Location is about 30 mins walk from town so needs some planning if attending events or tours in old centre Staff were pleasant however could have been a bit more forthcoming and welcoming on arrival, they know the city and I was obviously a tourist. After about 3 days I asked about which buses and trams served the area and various destinations.. They readily produced a fully annotated sheet in English describing all the options... not sure why they didn't offer this on day one.

Five stars for the incredible staff that works there. Very friendly, kind and responsive people. The infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired, though. The hotel has a very poor soundproofing which makes the rest difficult. The interior of the hotel looks dated.

There was mold in the bathroom and the ventilation system didn't work. Uncomfortable pillows. Poor soundproofing.
