JC Kevin Sathorn Bangkok Hotel

I had a wonderful stay at the JC Kevin Sathorn Hotel Bangkok in a One Bedroom King Suite. The suite was exceptionally clean, spacious, comfortable, and provided a wonderful sense of peace and relaxation throughout my stay. The staff were absolutely fantastic, extremely pleasant, kind, helpful, and professional from start to finish. Their warm and attentive service really made the experience even more enjoyable. The hotel is also in a great location for exploring Bangkok, making it a very convenient base for a stay in the city. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would happily stay at the JC Kevin Sathorn Hotel again. Highly recommended!

City view, rooftop bar, location

Old TV and decorder not working, broken remote, not that clean particularly the bathroom. Visible lack of maintenance for a 5 star hotel.

Good, tasty breakfasts. A nice pool. A pretty good view of the city from the balcony.

The hotel itself is quite old and run-down. The rooms aren't cleaned well and are dirty (stains on the tables, dust). The room has a kitchen, but there isn’t a single knife, fork, or frying pan - if you’re traveling with a child and want to cook for them yourself, forget about it. The blinds on the windows don’t work. Phone chargers fall out of the outlets because they’re loose.

The location was decent and the buffet was also decent.

The room was so dirty even had stains on furniture, rugs. The door lock wasnt even safe
